Why we didn't put him in the wing when he was sharp and fresh surprised me

Yep, BEK to the wing, Ayew up top dropping in. partnered with Vardy, would’ve worked a lot better IMO

I think there's a player in there and that strike shows he's got something. He's just a rthe wrong time and manager. But I'm hopeful he'll come good. He's improving every time he plays.

At 20m you would hope so

Worked his socks off. Constantly sprinting to start a press.

Head and shoulders above any of his team mates today

Said it before, he's an excellent presser and we don't do that enough as a team.

Just needs a bit more time, definitely a player in there. Needs our support and patience

I hate the phrase 'player in there" we paid £20 million  of course he can play football ffs. Not hating on you pal just ranting

Shame the result and performance took the shine off his goal somewhat because it's a brilliant finish, probably just about the only way he could score from that position and he executed it perfectly

If there's a way we can get him and Buonanotte in the side we'd be quality.

                  Hermansen

       Faes, Vestergaard, Okoli

                 Ricardo, Winks

Fatawu, Facundo, Bilal, Mavididi

                        Vardy

Not sure about a midfield 2 of Winks and Bilal when we are defending though

Really enjoyed his performance last night, he’s got lovely feet a drifts into dangerous areas of the pitch. Took his goal well and gets the ball out of his feet quickly. Once he is settled, and if he hits consistency, I’d even think about dropping Buonanotte for him. I love Buonanotte, but I’d rather we develop Bilal, and sometimes when the going gets tough Buonanotte is a hindrance, because he just tries to take the world on by himself….

I think he’s looking better. I understand he is a similar age to Buonanotte but I think in terms of development it’s slightly harsh to judge given buonanette has had a full season in prem to get up to speed. Promising signs, he will get better.

He played well last night, full of running and energy, wanted to get on the ball and make things happen! Took his chance very well!

Considering it was our reserves against pretty much their first 11 overall he didn’t look out of place at that level!
