No matter what they don’t seem to hold players or managers accountable Perhaps they see life a bit different to you. Maybe they just support the team, are realistic and apathetic. It is not our job to hold anyone to account. We are fans not.owners. You cannot just sack everyone. The club seems to be loyal and expect loyalty in return. It does.not.always paly out well but I would rather that.approach than Chelsea for example who treat managers and players very poorly. 2

Jazzy_Jeff Posted 19 November 2024 Posted 19 November 2024 With the likely absence of Ayew and Fatawu (with Ricardo and Buenanotte) already missing I’d go 3-5-2 for this one mads faes vestergaard okoli justin winks ndidi bilal kristensen vardy daka (Eduoard if not ready) ward, Coady, Choudhury, Soumare, skipp, Mcateer, bdcr, Mavididi, youth striker/daka 3
Cropwellfox Posted 19 November 2024 Posted 19 November 2024 He’ll never move away from his back 4, nonsense high FB bollocks shape. Team he will pick will be insipid. Mads JJ faes vesty VK winks ndidi skipp mavididi Bilal the most match fit striker subs Letsinalot, okoli, coady, Thomas, Choudhury, Soumare, McAteer, BDCR, striker with one leg. Still. No. Alves.

Death by Football Posted 19 November 2024 Posted 19 November 2024 Ward in goal. No other players on the pitch. Mind games. See how it goes. 3
Clever Fox Posted 19 November 2024 Posted 19 November 2024 Ward in Goal would at least protect Mads goals against record. It would'nt be such a bad idea. 1
ealingfox Posted 19 November 2024 Posted 19 November 2024 3 nil Leicester - Skipp and a Bobby Reid brace 1 1
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 19 November 2024 Posted 19 November 2024 6 or 7 to them. The coveted 0 for us.

Dandy king Posted 19 November 2024 Posted 19 November 2024 Last season We struggled playing Enzos style against teams that went proper low block , and I think we are gonna have to do the same to Chelsea. Fingers crossed vardy is back, and whatever the formation , I feel that it's gonna have to be shithouse low block for this and alot of the other matches coming up. I will always support them but increasingly I'm not confident in the standard of player in the squad... this break has seen international players either injured or turning in crap performances.

I'm yet to see us disciplined enough to properly apply a low block under Cooper. He's picked many teams with defensive personnel (such as 3 defensive midfielders) but then hasn't set us up or poorly instructed us to defend deeply. We get the worst of both worlds in that regard. 4

Agree, although like you say , I don't think he's actually set us up proper defensive yet. Just some strange mash up of trying to be attacking with defensive minded players for the most part. So let's go full blown shithouse steveo 1
teblin Posted 19 November 2024 Posted 19 November 2024 (edited) My daughters game is at the same time and if it wasn't for the fact my lad wants to go to the city game, i'd seriously consider going to watch her play instead. I think I have only enjoyed the 2nd half against spurs all season. Edited 19 November 2024 by teblin 1

Exited via the pitch. Happy days 😳🥴 20 hours ago, 1972 Fox said: A long lasting memory for me, I was not quite 17 at the time. Easter Saturday 1980. Absolutely horrendous coming down the srairs at the back of pen 2 on the way out. Chelsea thugs attacking anyone and everyone for what seemed like an age before the Police eventually arrived at the scene. Thanks. I was only young. I remember the stairs and it fits in with my memory. I was kind of hoping it didn’t. My dad stood in front of us and I remember Chelsea fans charging and one trying to king fu kick my dad. My dad could handle himself in those days though. We started to go as a family in the family area but as we got a bit bigger moved to the double decker. That day was a bit crazy. Thanks for your insights. Edited 19 November 2024 by Supergray22 1
