Might be completely off the mark, but with the press leaks its all around top doing this and that. Not his minions. It's almost like the club are saying Top is in charge and sorting the mess.

I think the point I was trying to make was that he now clearly doesn't trust the staff immediately below him now. Hopefully he feels there's enough evidence now that he needs to replace them and has starting looking around while he's making some calls now...

I love a manager saga, the rollercoaster of emotions from people based on nothing rumours are sensational reading. 

 

Just today i’ve seen paddy’s about RVN, Carsley, Moyes, Rafa, Pearson, hassenhuntle and danny rohl,

 

Ill come back in an hour and there will  be a whole discussion about whether or not Manuel Pellegrini did enough at west ham, would he get along with luke thomas and does his hair make him look like roy cropper

Yea I would hope they consulted lawyers etc and got a reduced compensation clause - is that a thing?

This is a fair point. I did think at the time the sacking timing was odd and it must mean they have someone lined up. Ah well.
