DJ Barry Hammond Posted 3 December 2024 Posted 3 December 2024 There’s very positive signs, despite being under pressure for most of this half. Defensively, we’ve defended in numbers, with a disciplined shape and structure - notably, we’re defending the width of our box (or narrower). Attacking wise - we’re struggling a consistent out ball when pinned back - but some of the interplay between our front four has looked good. Ultimately, as a base to move forward with - this isn’t bad. 2
Noahfence Posted 3 December 2024 Posted 3 December 2024 Vardy has absolutely conned the ref there hahaha 1
Nalis Posted 3 December 2024 Posted 3 December 2024 Harsh yellow for them but I thought ours were harsh so even stevens
Sly Posted 3 December 2024 Posted 3 December 2024 Why do Ndidi and Soumare always receive the ball with their back to the opposition goal. They’d give themselves that split seconds more and can look around more.

Messi Posted 3 December 2024 Posted 3 December 2024 I’m by no means a fan of him but don’t get so many comments saying to drag Soumare? Is it just cause it’s the easy name to suggest? He’s been much better than Wilf. If any of the 2 need replaced it definitely isn’t him. 4

Just need to get in at half time and regroup a bit. We just need to drop Ndidi! He is clearly not contributing toward us keeping the ball with confidence.

Shane Posted 3 December 2024 Posted 3 December 2024 The CB’s have done ok to be honest, especially with the lack of protection around them.

Vardy had a great finish and hasn't been in the game since so it's not a very high bar. I've seen Bilal make 3 very clumsy and heavy lunges where he's given a foul away or completely missed the ball.
foxfan92 Posted 3 December 2024 Posted 3 December 2024 Suspect Ruud won't change the personal, but I'd like Mavididi for either of the wingers, and Skipp on for Soumare at half time. 1
shen Posted 3 December 2024 Posted 3 December 2024 Bouba is doing OK under pressure. But we're not going anywhere forward with him and Ndidi in the middle.

Swarles Barkley Posted 3 December 2024 Posted 3 December 2024 Is there a regular first team outfield player, in the premier league, who is worse at passing than Ndidi?

The fact we ain't bombscare and players look like they know what they are doing is a huge difference. Ruuds had two days and the difference is ten fold. What did you expect 6-0up 4

cityfanlee23 Posted 3 December 2024 Posted 3 December 2024 Vesty has been our best player, just ahead of Vardy who hasn't been given any service.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 3 December 2024 Posted 3 December 2024 Soumare should have found his man there ffs
RYM Posted 3 December 2024 Posted 3 December 2024 We look petrified when we’re on the ball and vulnerable when they have it. Looks and feels better than the last few months though. More of a unit.
