It was never going to end well going into this season totally relying on Vardy..

Which almost every single one of us predicted before the season!

It does make me laugh though the standards for players that are highly rated by other clubs in this league.

Like imagine being a Palace or Fulham fan and your cult heroes from modern times are Ayew and Bobby Reid lol

A fantastic cameo of him constantly tying his laces up then spending an age to take set-pieces when we needed goals.

Probably doing it as much as he can now co's just looking at him it ain't gonna be long before he can't manage it.

What's this about him going up to Palace players at the end and going up to their supporters pumping his chest?

Been good for us this season but disappointed to hear that.

Facundo has been rubbish since Cooper has left. Ayew was our best attacker v Villa and showed more v Fulham.

Not saying Ayew is good by any means. I think as a bench option, gets an odd goal, draws a foul. I don't mind him. if we stayed up, he's scored a few important goals. I have more issues with Skipp (25m and he has zero qualities that are outstanding?).

We’ve overrated Facundo. He’s had good moments under Ruud as well but he’s struggling for form and giving the ball away. I also think BEK getting better has shown him up a bit. There is a reason he’s on loan and not starting for Brighton.

I’d be happy to see us send Facundo back and bring someone else in on loan. There’s no chance of signing him either so I’d rather we loan in a player with a view to signing them. Or, KDH? Although he is adamant he isn’t leaving Chelsea.

Comes across as though he might be lacking a few brain cells, normally only has one look and it's 'confused brow'. Probably forgot which team he was on.

How about get rid of Edouard first? He’s been a waste of a loan space. Whether Facundo stays or leaves, he plays for the shirt which many don’t. Careful what you wish for.

Before he signed for us I genuinely thought he was among the worst players in the Prem and I wouldn’t want him near my team.

I’ve actually been surprised in how decent he’s been, especially in crucial moments. He’s earned us three points for a start at Ipswich and Southampton. That’s over 20% of our points so far. We’d already be seven points behind Ipswich without those goals.

They were singing his song for him, after he played for them for 6 years and being a cult hero. He tapped his heart. Nothing at all wrong with that for me.

We’d be doing the same after an away win to one of our former players who we have no ill feeling towards.

Maddison did exactly the same thing to our fans and at the end of the game here and walked the length of the pitch. There was no uproar there.

Vardy might do it next season when he’s playing for Forest and we get them in the cup

Don’t think Maddison had his shirt on but it was an away match and he’d had an excellent game. Ayew had been useless and his team had lost an absolutely key game. He could’ve clapped the fans but the patting of the heart (Leicester badge) at our ground whilst saluting them wasn’t the wisest based on his performance and the result of the match.

Seems to be no middle ground with Ayew. People are either determined to call him shit no matter what and then there's some people who claim its been a good singing because he's made a couple of contributions.

Simply, he shouldn't have been signed, no value whatsoever. He's done an ok job, and if he'd been here for a few years you'd say he's worth keeping around but he was exactly what we didn't need last summer.

That Mateta being one of Palaces best ever players really does make you realise how spoilt we’ve been

I think it’s just not a very good optic though.

Do a lame social media tweet after the game but considering our recent form particularly at home it will only add to the disconnect between the squad and fans.

He clearly wanted them to win after taking all night to take those two corners.

He even waited for the defender to get back into position before delivering the ball.

Well he did because he took a corner right in front of me doing it lol

I have to confess that it was probably my fault that he scored as I labelled him a donkey at half time.
