I thought I’d put it in a table side by side, to show the remaining games.

 

Realistically, I don’t see us picking up any points until game week 34.  I mean, we might not even score until then. 
 

Wolves have both Southampton and Ipswich before then. So they’ll either be out of touch, or we’ll be in the bottom two I’d imagine. 
 

I don’t see Southampton being any better than us. They might surpass Derbys record by beating us!

We can't defend so just try to bulldoze teams. We may end up worse but we're going down anyway.

 

Change tack, create a bit of excitement, get the crowd onside, throw a couple of the U21s in and at the very least go down with a fight.

We’re not going to win another game… we won’t pick up any more points. In fact, I can’t see us even scoring another goal.

My initial thoughts were that Wolves have the easier run in, on the final day all of us could be playing teams already on the beach (no Bournemouth pun intended) also Southampton’s 2nd last game v Everton will be apart from perhaps Everton having their last game at Goodson makes it a bit special for them and lastly it’s just not fair - Ipswich & Southampton get to play Leicester whereas we don’t.

 

We might get 2 points (Ipswich & Southampton) and possibly a point at Bournemouth if they’re not needing a result to confirm Champions League or  Europa League place. I can see them cementing 5th with Newcastle 4th and Forest 6th by then.

 

if we switched to 3 CB’s with wing backs I could see a point vs Man Utd & Wolves too but we won’t.

We were all but relegated after the wolves game at home. 
 

Another 6 defeats to look forward too without most likely scoring a goal.

Wolves will pick up 6 points in their next 4, we will have 0, the gap will be 11 and they’ll probably relegate us in week 34.

We have a manager that sets up defensively yet we need points. We aren't staying up on goal difference so at this point we minds well attack every opposition. It won't happen though.

 

I have resigned myself to the fact we're going down. I was disappointed appointing Cooper but I did believe he would just keep us up. Van Nistelrooy gives me no confidence at all, I'll be amazed if we even score again.

That would mean near enough matching Wolves' points tally for the next 9 games, which won't happen. 

 

We'll be long gone by  the time we go to Forest now, which on balance is probably the lesser of two evils.

I think relegation will be confirmed at the Wolves game. They’ll be at least ten points clear of us going into the match and when they beat us the gap will be at least 13 points with just four games to play.
