Issue with Cannon is he's a tremendous finisher but almost all other aspects of his game look ropey. Without the chance to show the former he looks poor.

A good sale tbh!

Correct. But glad we stuck with Vardy. Although some now put him down as shit after all he's done.

Not exactly going to sit here and gloat at him struggling for them. Mostly because he's more than likely going to be contracted at a Premier League team next season, and it ain't us!

Why do ‘fans’ do these jerk reactions all the time, seem to remember a Harry Kane getting pelters at Tom’s age didn’t turn out to bad for that lad.

He’s a finisher and a good one.

However …….

He takes pot shots from everywhere.

Has zero positional sense, lacks pace and can’t beat a man.

We sold him for a reason.

I did actually ask about Cannon, and was told that he was really ****ing lazy, often late, and spent training ambling around putting little to no effort.

He was garbage. No pace, no movement. No aerial threat, no strength. He has nothing about him apart from maybe taking penalties well.

Why people think he was the second coming of Messi and should have stayed and been in the starting line up I'll never know.

It's the same people who think Kristiansen is a good left back because he 'tries' or shows a bit of passion. He's also absolutely garbage and our team is full of players of that ilk.

This place is full of people claiming that Cannon is the new Messi. Can't move for people saying he's the new Messi.  I wish people would stop going on and on about how Tom Cannon is the new Messi 🙄

Why did we even sign him in the first place? It seemed really strange and out of the blue, and he barely played. A waste of money and everyone’s time.

Even more bizarre when you consider he was injured when he arrived
