Sad, but the right decision. I would prefer it be straight to retirement and into the coaching team but we couldn't offer another playing contract unless on a lot less money.

I really hope its not a Wrexham type move or someone in the championship, surely it won't be? 

 

I wouldn't be surprised to see him pick up a move to a Man Utd, or maybe even a Man City to cover squad and maybe fill a homegrown quota. 

 

Can't see Saudi's being interested, US maybe. 

 

Shite circumstances but glad he does get a couple of home games to say goodbye.

He's already done it once and was pretty influential last time. He was very much a part of this season but it's a more damning indictment of those above rather than him.
