his time here had ended but he surly had more to offer in English football 


 

I for one, am absolutely delighted he hasn’t signed for another English club, this doesn’t hurt, but to see him rock on up, potentially to a direct opponent, would have sent me over the edge!

He left us at the right time with that fantastic 500 appearances to 200 goal ratio.

 

But... he would still be ahead of Daka, Ayew and Carranza right now and I'd feel more confident too. 

 

Good luck to him though! When he announces his retirement, that will really hit me too.

I think they've started the season in serie A well and they don't have a particularly big stadium so not sure how available tickets are.

 

I know someone said only €25k a week but I bet that's just the basic and there's bonuses layered on top of that. Appearance and goals money etc.

I feel like EVERYONE has overlooked the fact that he was signing his contract wearing a cream linen suit.
