Tommy Conway (22) - Middlesbrough

Richard Kone (21) - Wycombe

Nikola Stulic (23) - Charleroi - 1 year left on contract

Mathias Kvistgaarden (23) - Brondby

Fisnik Asllani (22) - Hoffenheim - 1 year left on contract

Kasper Høgh (24) - Bodø/Glimt

Joaquín Panichelli (22) - Alaves

Willem Geubbels (23) - FC St. Gallen

Only Conway and Stulic still left from a list I put together in April

Conway would probably be quite expensive

Stulic still hasn't signed a new contract or closely linked with anywhere yet

I can see Vardy being offered a 12 month deal by Top and Rudkin ina vain attempt so win over the fanbase and get them  back on side.

I think we’ve established they don’t give a damn what the fans think.

I think I'd like us to go for Dju as we've been linked before, but we won't spend the money required.

Kone was the relatively cheap looking dabble, but now I think you're looking at 2 or 3 x that for any halfway decent looking striker.

Great list 👍🏼

Let's get Stulic in ffs. What are we messing around at!

Im not convinced that anything will happen this transfer window. I think we will go with what's left after the fire sale.

The problem being we needs some new faces to help lift the malaise, regardless of whether they are backup or starting 11.

Just imagine if the window closes and it's Ayew and Daka...   how hilarious would that be? I'd probably laugh all season.

Start chuckling.

Extend Daka and Ayew.

On a rack, medieval torture-style?

I suppose that would be one way to avoid transfer spending/PSR issues and yet satisfy those who say "we need a big man up front" so we can "just get it in the box"...

Annoyingly, I think the centre forward market has had more options this summer than I can remember.

Kvistgaarden, Kone, Machino, Heggebo, Kjerrumgaard, Bertaccini all moving for less than £10m.

There are still the likes of Franculino, Durosinmi, Salech and others available but I don’t back us to bring anybody in for a fee. A decent loanee the best we can hope for.

I agree, but I just can’t see it.

Unfortunately it will be Daka or Ayew. Rudkin will be trying to scrimp and scrape throughout the window and will end up with nothing come transfer deadline day.

I’ve made peace with it being Daka and Ayew.

its a very fragile peace…

That's like conceding Crimea!

I'm imagine that the weekend's performance has shattered this peace?
