Should’ve just bloody kept KDH

We sold KDH to avoid this right ? And we got enzo and back room staff compo as well. They all said we had avoided it but now  a year and half on give or take we’ve failed it ?

I’m not sure we are being changed with failing PSR as such, but more to do with not following the defined process.

Think this will be solved quickly.

I thought we literally are being charged for failing EFL PSR for 23/24?

First bullet point here:

So the second he decides he can't be arsed anymore. What happens then?

It all needs to be sorted out. Leicester City is fully capable of standing up by itself and should do so.

He’ll sell the club it’s not rocket science lad, all of those clubs you listed were owned by complete crooks which lead to their demise. Top maybe incompetent but his heart is probably in the right place, plus even if we say drift into a West Brom he’ll still get a way bigger payout than what they bought the club for

Sheff Utd got -2. Got shit loads of points, finished 3rd and still might not go up…

They was in top 2 most of the season and collapsed in the last 2 weeks and now in the play off final which will be favourites going into it! If it’s -6 and nothing else and done and dusted with you’d take it surely

It’s clear what will happen - points deduction from our total this season. Everyone is (relatively) happy

Unlikely. It has to go through the independent commission, plus appeals process. That will take some time.

You're putting all of your faith into one bloke whose only tie to the club is that 15 years ago his dad decided to invest in Leicester City. Do you not see how ****ing weird that is?

Do you support Leicester City or King Power?

Might have wrong, but in the last 5 seasons we’ve sold two players we’ve bought for a profit. Along with ridiculous contracts and many players leaving on frees it’s painfully obvious where our on pitch and off pitch troubles are.

I would love to know how much we breached by. I could moan about the board but we all share the same view at least I hope we do.

The one this does scream though is the premier league got embarrassed and want to embarrass the club first in return with their new rules. As others have stated there seems to be quiet an obvious argument in return that the new rule change stated “moving forward” not that it can charge historic prior to the rule change.

Rab Douglas was my childhood hero - I was a goalkeeper and I didnt know any better

I had Darren Kenton printed on my 06-07 home shirt.

Didn’t top literally just wipe off 150 odd million worth of debt in January? You can say we’ve been horribly mismanaged but don’t look like a tit, we are nowhere near those levels at all

Several shareholders have recently written off significant debts owed by their clubs as that debt is factored into PSR calculations.

Just to be clear what season did we just clear charges for 22/23? But now being penalised for 23/24, I’m getting lost in years with so many charges.

Also, fully expect this to impact our managerial decision for next year now, the same way it did at the beginning of this year with many managers not willing to come to us due to the looming points deduction.

Where did I put faith into him, I said he isn’t going to bankrupt the club as he keeps bankrolling his failures, I didn’t say the future is any brighter than that. And Top was quite involved with the club even when Vichai was alive, famously rehired Nigel Pearson .

are you dense or what?

For what it is worth, does seem unlikely we can take the points deduction this year. Feels as if we should have just taken our medicine and tried to move on

Me, most of this season: I want a BBC headline showing an announcement about Leicester City showing the LCFC corner flag.

Me, today: No, not like that

Not defending the board for one minute.

But this does all seem a bit sly and two bites of the same cherry? We’ve been cleared once, and now they’re coming back to counter our argument?

We have morons in our fan base who are constantly talking about “be careful what you wish for” “Rudkin in” “safe pair of hands”

we are the only club in constant breach of PSR regulation. Put aside the restrictions of these rules, focus on our inability to manoeuvre around them like every single one of our competitors, it shows mismanagement,

So if you’re a “be careful what you wish for” “Top is great, I hope he shags my wife” “Rudkin in”, “don’t protest” wankstain. Explain why it’s us again. Because the club sure won’t.

Adding in wankstain makes it tbh

We knew this was going to happen when we used a technicality to escape punishment the first time. Its a gamble that has well and truly failed to pay off because we are now relegated and have both the EFL and the Prem on our case. &nbsp

For the short to mid term as a club we are in big trouble, dont be surprised if we are relegated again next season too.

I had Ward, so guess we both had a useless Kenton shirt.

Retrospectively applying the rules! If the  rules weren’t in place at the time then how can you breach them?

I think Nick De Marco might make the PL and EFL look like idiots again
