Bookies have slashed the odds on Count Binface to win Clacton to about 4/1 to 5/1… implying a ~20% chance for him to beat Farage

Monster Raving Party standing. That coupled with the other cranks and freaks running will be giving Reform a jump for absolute joy.

The few votes they get might end up being crucial in a by election like this (or Farage wins by 10,000 votes).

MRLP getting pelters on their socials for standing and splitting the bin vote - Farage's dream has come true.

With a bit of luck they drop out and leave Binface unopposed vs Farage

Just to follow onto this. I wonder if Looney are butthurt. 10 years ago they'd be in the position Binface is now - straight fight between a zany alternative and Farage.

They've been around for 42 years and this would've been their first opportunity to be a genuine disruptor but instead the count has swooped in and got a higher profile.

The guy playing Binface must be having the time of his life right now.

Sounds like Julian Clary for those that remember him on TV

Reports of trouble in London last night by fans of Morocco after the match with France.

Also in various parts of France, Holland, Belgium and Germany

Front page of every newspaper in the country!

Not the BBC though. Looked as a report tucked away on London news and noted trouble but no mention of Morroco football fans
