£5mil for a player in the last year of his deal i think is decent

hes never been the same since the injury he got, but good luck to him

hopefully this now means we can see the likes of Woyo and Aluko given a chance

I like him personally but he's not even a particularly good Championship RB. £5m+ would be a good deal for us and would reduce the wage bill further.

Pereira,  Bozo, Choudhury and Aluko is more than adequate at RB even allowing for RP's injury record.

Think he prefers Woyo, but it’s all good 🤡

Shame he hasn’t been the same since his injury maybe a good time to let him go and get some more money in. Good luck to him as he won’t have it easy with Leeds this season

Maybe we've got faith in Aluko as a body round there too.

I think it's a real shame it's petered out the way it has for Justin, another player who was so good before his injuries and someone who has always come across as a really decent guy. Hope he's remembered fondly in the same way Ndidi will be.

Bit harsh on Coulibaly.

Good Luck to him if it's true he is off to Leeds.  Never the same player, since his acl.  Often caught out of position, culpable for the away defeat at Villa when he dallied on the ball.  Also, had a tendency to wander into the centre of the pitch leaving his winger totally unmarked.

Personally, glad he has potentially gone just Daka (Crappa) to go now and I am a happy man.

The dreaded ACL, one game away from an England squad and POP.

A good option for us to sell, a decent fee, he'll do well enough off the bench for Leeds.

I'm sure he's adequate but I've called him that in my head ever since we've signed him and it's stuck. It's as much a comment on spending £3m on a back up with 6 months left on his deal

Understandable as he’s out of contract next summer.

Would be slightly gutted to see him go, had some great spells of form with us, but hasn’t really discovered a consistent patch of form since his ACL injury.

Excellent move for him. I think he's been a model pro while earning a lot less than some of the other charlatans and leeches at the club. Should be an increase in earnings for him.

If he is to go can we get it done this weekend please so we know where we stand with him and at least gives us a potential chance (slim I know ) of signing new

Sad to see him go to be honest, that season when he broke through he was exceptional and should have had an England career with his versatility, but it's good money with a year left on his deal. Have to be honest though, we are moving players on, which is good, but will any of this money go toward new signings? I wonder. We really need 5 or 6 fresh first teamers. I wonder if we will get anyone in at all.

Was part of an excellent PL team in his early days with us but serious injuries have blunted his development and effectiveness. This move is good for all concerned: it gives him a fresh start in the PL, allows us to get another very high earner off the books, and might enable us to hold on to players who are more important to our chances of success this season.

I had £20 on him to make that england squad at 14s too.

Oh, I just assumed it was a funny autocorrect!

Definitely players ahead of him in the list of players to get rid of, but it's more money off the wage bill and a transfer fee coming in. He's always been professional, but has never really found his form since the injuries. Good luck to him.

Think people often forget how good he was a few years back, had some terrible luck and always put the effort in. Seems like a very good bloke too. Didn’t pay much for him and I have no ill will towards him.

We must have confidence in full back area to let him go then. Choudhury was awful at Huddersfield mid week, in that position, and Ricardo is injury prone.

I thought Jayden Joseph looked good when he played full back in pre-season, he could be an option too.
