Hales Posted 24 August 2025 Posted 24 August 2025 It's all very well but are we actually going to buy anyone.....π

I know we need incomings for fear of not being able to field a side! But gerremout!

jonny_wright Posted 24 August 2025 Posted 24 August 2025 I was sure heβd be walking for free next summer! This is bonus money - money for old ropeΒ 1
James and his giant peach Posted 24 August 2025 Posted 24 August 2025 Literally stunned by this. Signing him on a free would be a rip off, he's absolutely useless. Can't tackle, poor aerially, bad positionally, poor on the ball, had a few decent months at wing back in a 352 system before his injury turned him into a league two player. Cannot believe we getting 10m and he will be in the prem, the world's gone mad.Β

Popular Post LVFox Posted 24 August 2025 Popular Post Posted 24 August 2025 Conspiracy theory: Β Top and Rudkin are on holiday, hence no signings. Β however, the 17 year old work experience lad is brilliant at selling players 5
em9999 Posted 24 August 2025 Posted 24 August 2025 10 million for James Justin.. Β My god surely that isn't true πΒ
KFS Posted 24 August 2025 Posted 24 August 2025 8m +2m if they stay up (includes he learns to behave under an aerial football and doesnβt stray out of position) Β β¦ so 8m then Β 1
J.Lisemore Posted 24 August 2025 Posted 24 August 2025 Fantastic business that is, never the same player after his injuries. Any chance of spending some of the money now.. 1
em9999 Posted 24 August 2025 Posted 24 August 2025 Leeds ain't staying up Β But still 8 million we only paid 7 for himΒ
South Shire Fox Posted 24 August 2025 Posted 24 August 2025 Another big earner gone and a good price. He has been poor for a long time and has never been able to defend but still a likeable bloke. Wish him well

kingfox Posted 24 August 2025 Posted 24 August 2025 Will always have respect for JJ, at his best he was a Premier League quality full-back, a real shame that injuries affected him and he couldnβt find his best form again.Β Β Β£10 million with a year left on his deal is very solid business from our end.Β 3
Pliskin Posted 24 August 2025 Posted 24 August 2025 This is genuinely staggering business. The lads ****ing garbage.Β

He's been part of a top 5 PL team, played in Europe, been on the fringes of the England squad and we can recoup marginally more than we paid. I won't say no to 8 million in our situation, but I wonder what his value was 2-3 years ago.
lanefox Posted 24 August 2025 Posted 24 August 2025 Sad to see JJ go, always came across well in interviews, if he never does his ACL we probably sell him to Man City for Β£40 million, he was that good pre injury but people have short term memoriesΒ
FoxyPalace.com Posted 24 August 2025 Posted 24 August 2025 My word after about 10 years I think Top and Rudkin have finally worked out you actually need to sell players instead of them walking for free πππππππππ
