New shirt sponsor means coffers and shirt sales.

How's this also taken a summer to sort out 😅

they got rumbled on some dodgy deal they were doing so had to backtrack right quick.

Hope the shirt stays clear, a wonderful throughback to Worthington, Weller, Shilton et al days on Saturday. Shame they didn’t perform like them, first half anyway!

If they have anything about them, which I doubt they should have LOROS on for free and give them publicity for the good work they do

They could use the exposure as well. Heard they're struggling financially

Quite like a sponsorless shirt - most sponsors add nothing to the design and often puts people buying it (unless it's a sponsor with local connection such as Walkers). The big issue is the impact on our finances. Interestingly increasingly you see sponsorless clubs at the start of the season, adopting something months into it.

Perhaps we're holding out for a better offer.

100%. I'd prefer we had no sponsor on the front of the shirt, regardless of design. If given the option, why on earth would I want a company logo on the front of my teams shirt. I don't get it. Sponsorless is way better

I can recall all too clearly, when there wasn't even ads around the pitch or elsewhere in the stadium.

There wouldn't be too many in the programme either, though there always seemed to be one for Frank Berry Scrap yard on the back cover.

Good ole days.....

if they aren't going to have a sponsor (i am sure they will eventually) but if they don't i don't understand why you wouldn't put a local charity or the Foxes Foundation on it.

It would be some good publicity and the fans then can choose it they have it blank or have it with a charity on.

Top and Rudkin have bought the £50k in Amazon gift cards that Kbet say they need to release the sponsorship funds and are waiting for confirmation from the Prince of Nigeria they have received it.
