The amount of times I’ve gone to bed at 10pm on a deadline day and woke up to find the deal we had hoped for had fallen through….at least with a 7pm finish there’s ample time for self loathing and being a general ***** to anyone I see between now and my bed.

My favourite bit of deadline day is sky sports news showing big ben strike the top of the hour when the window is slammed closed for another term. Pure goosebumps
