Is it possible to cancel his loan if we are not going to use him at all? Then get someone new in that might be a bit more help. Not blaming him for not scoring when most weeks we can’t crate anything but if it’s not working out for him time to just let him go and play some games somewhere else

With Afcon due to start in 21st of December we are probably going to need him over the next few weeks.

We'll no doubt be the ones having to find him a new club in order to get him gone, which won't happen. Although like Edouard last January, maybe this time an MLS club would get a deal done. Carranza probably ready to go back.

Still think we need to give him a proper go.

 

Ayew and Daka have 3 goals between them.

 

Issue is we have brought in another player who needs to be in a 2 and play him on his own.

Yeah possibly, I keep convincing myself the only striker who can prosper under this system and manager is a quick striker which currently only Daka. However, he's anonymous most of the time too.

Problem with him is I never know under which circumstance I want him on the pitch. Opposition playing a high line… Daka. Need to hold up the ball and win possession… Ayew. Looking for an ill tempered Argentinian with a penchant for a booking…

I don't see any other choice really. Hopefully Daka won't be away for long and sending Carranza back would give us a loan space back to get someone in who is good enough to get on the pitch.

 

A left-back would be a god send.

I agree up front is a problem, but Ayew now has 4 on his own. Him seemingly being the only viable option is the problem as he's not a natural goal scorer, but he isn't an awful footballer.

 

Carranza on the other had might be completely out of his depth.

The keyboard scouts all said this as soon as the rumours started in the summer, embarrassing transfer if thats the best we could find.
