don't bother scouting someone

Someone on here suggested to check out his highlights reel when we signed him. . That was all the scouting that was needed. The red flags were waving high and proud  after a cursory 3 minute YouTube viewing

I’m convinced Aiyawatt has gone all Mandaric and Hossein Kaebi and been duped into believing this dude is the next Herman Crespo, signed him, and insisted the manager plays him.

Fair play to the lad. He came and gave his boots to my boy as a memento at the end of the game to cheer him up. Ultra rare adidas ‘blue circle’ edition too. 🦊💙

He’s too slow to react. He was in a couple of times, but he’s so slow to engage his brain and even closer running!
There’s no doubt in my mind that until we get a half decent striker things won’t change. We don’t create too much, but when we do get into good positions our strikers are no where to be seen!  They don’t seem to have a strikers instinct to be in the high place or sniff an opportunity

I just don’t understand what he offers.

Trots round like many of the others, doesn’t peel away from a defender, has a poor touch, just VERY limited

And painfully slow

His touch isn’t obviously shit but he never has the ball fully in control, to such a degree he never links up well as he’s stretching to play the ball. Doesn’t have the strength to hold the ball up, not good in the air, paceless.

He wouldn’t stand out in League 1.

I think he’s the least shit of the three

Daka is miles ahead ability wise and Daka is Daka. Daka is frustrating to watch, Carranza is just depressing, just lacking any sort of quality.

I think he’s woeful, but in all the games I’ve watched this season I’m not sure any of the three strikers have missed glaring chances because we create nothing.

The only chance we created today was the cross from Thomas which Okoli either missed or scuffed

Reminds me of Tom Cannon a lot.

He's nothing like him. Cannon could finish, had a bit of anticipation and hung on the shoulder of the CB a lot. This guy is second to everything and has barely had a shot in 3 games.

And yet is somehow still better than Patson.
