This doesn't mean they're well run, of course. Any more than us appointing Sean Dyche in the summer to 'give them a kick up the arse' would have been a good idea.

True, I guess what I'm saying is that there isn't going to be enough of a piss-take drop off for them to go down any time soon, sadly. That was a uniquely 'us' series of events because we've let the inmates run the asylum since the title win.

They'll stay up this year, in no small part because there's too much crap at the bottom for them to drop, but when PSR hits as they decline to, say, 10th or 11th this season and they have to start the firesale? Then their Premier League life expectancy is a couple of years at best.

If Spurs can finish 17th, then Forest definitely can.

But but he wasn’t confronting Nuno, he was worried about the safety of Awoniyi!!

Full on North Korea shit believing that, but then they aren't the brightest fanbase.

I think Glasner could probably get a bigger job when he leaves

Quality managers currently employed aren't touching it, I don't think. 7th was a huge overachievement and they're realistically going to start dropping off over the next couple of years, and Marinakis is going to be ruthless with anyone presiding over it. Better to stay in the job you have and either sit out your contract or wait until something more desirable comes along.

For example, Iraola and Pep's contracts at Bournemouth and Manchester City expire at the same time. Why would he go to Forest now when he could easily be in the running for the Man City job if he has a decent season? Glasner could win the UECL with Palace and walk into any job in Europe, and so on. It's not a desirable enough gig at the City Ground to warrant walking out on a decent Premier League club.

Saved English football.

End of story.

Even though it's Forest I still have a hard time looking at an English football club being owned by someone like Marinakis.

Fit and proper my arse.

Will be good to watch them sink though.

Glasner could walk into most jobs. Forest are clearly in a mess and aren't anywhere near big enough to keep it an attractive option like Manchester United.

He would be taking a step backwards by moving from Palace to Forest.

The Omari Hutchinson signing was the tipping point apparently, Nuno didnt want him but they signed him and would explain it was a bit fractious with the fact he isn't in their Europa League squad.

The rumour is that it's all a big argument with agents. Nuno is Jorge Mendes whereas Edu (Forest's new DoF) is Kia Joorabchian.

Nuno didn't want Omari Hutchinson (a Joorabchian client) and it's all kicked off as a result.

Aha, they occupied the higher moral ground when we sacked Cooper; so now they can prove that wasn't empty sabre rattling and do the honourable and decent thing and appoint him post haste.

Will Nuno be bound by his compensation package for his sacking or can he still take the lot and sign on the dotted line for another club today, thinking Potter and why he sat on the side for so long, he was sacked also wasn’t he?

If he’s bound it’s a tricky 1 because that’s a big chunk to throw away but at the same time I’m sure he wants to work straight away on another project, if he wants to stay in the premier league he’ll probably have options come January…be so tempted to sit it out and make the nob pay.

As for the new man it’ll be someone out of work for sure, Ange, Dyche, Southgate, O’Neil  come on down, there is quite a list of available managers mind and knowing him he’ll want a ‘name; Low, Motta, Schmitt, ETH ( 😂) Rose, Xavi, Spalletti but could see him going for Mazzarri

Yeah we heard some stuff at a wedding I was at last weekend as I have a close connection with someone who knows Kia very well.

There has been a lot going on there that will all probably get leaked now by Mendes and Co.
