At this stage, I'd be tempted to give Mavididi a go as centre forward.

Hes got lead in his boots on the left currently, he’s drained of any confidence he had two years ago so what makes you think centre forward would suit?

Patson just ain’t it, Ayew ain’t good enough in that role so technically Carranza is the best of a bad bunch at the moment

This is starting to become a problem, as all three aren't getting you twenty goals

Starting?  It was a problem we knew we were facing at the end of last season, so the powers that be, in their wisdom, are arrogant enough to think that we can get by with a fourth choice Feyenoord cast off on loan.

Congratulations Rudkin, you saved a couple of million, but you've potentially lost £200m that we would have got if we were promoted this year.

Starting? It’s obvious this was going to happen.

Any club with knowledge would have been looking at a good replacement for Vardy years ago. But that’s not us.

Need to change the title of the post, we don't have anyone worthy of the description 'striker' and will be the reason we don't get promoted this season.

I will genuinely be amazed if the 3 "strikers" manage 5 goals between them this season

This stupid fvcking club

I said a few games into the season none of our strikers will score 10 goals.

I realise now that they’ll struggle to score 5 between them

Cant believe Carranza was the best we could do.

Both Daka and Ayew were just back from Africa on international duties, we have 3 games in 8 days and need to try Carranza at least a few times before declaring him a complete dud.

I think that's why Carranza started.

Genuinely....I don't know how Daka has made it as a professional. Let alone, got to this level. He can't do anything.

£23m.

23 million British pounds for THAT.

Our strikers have scored 0 goals in 10 matches so far. Zero goals.

Ten league games gone and none of our "strikers" have scored!

This must be a priority in the next transfer window..

Abysmal

Ayew has scored!

The manager has to take some responsibility, Ayew averaged 1 in 6 in the prem and that wasn’t even playing as striker. Drops down a division and has 1 in 9 and that’s mostly playing as a striker

in 82 games for QPR marti averaged 1.2 goals a game

in 10 games for Leicester it’s similar 1.4

50 percent of our matches have resulted in 1 goal or less

It is starting now, as all three have had chances, and are not going to get 15-20 goals per season, but you have to give all three a chance, Daka probably the best of the three

Just my opinion but in over 50 years of supporting the foxes this is far and away the worst set of centre forwards I can remember

Worst since 77/78 - Roger Davies, Billy Hughes and Alan Waddle up front. I think the top scorer was Geoff Salmons with 4.

People have a very old take in a what this forward position is for it seems!

Throwing  in youth in this instance is 100% not the answer in my opinion and will only damage their progress, and it is certainly cannot be just to provide fans with their pound of flesh.

Priority #1: Get the youth out on loan, help them grow

Priority #2: Change the system to work within the limitations of these forwards (cannot call them strikers) even if means not playing one and flooding midfield instead.

Akinbyi and Benjamin just about pip it for me.

I think Akibiyi would have been handy in Division One tbf. 12 or so a season in a decent team.

Jake Evans is a special talent.

We should play him.

We'd probably kill his confidence right now.

We create almost nothing. I know the striker has to make that easier with his movement and general hustle but even with that in mind I doubt Erling Haaland would be bagging many for us atm.

Leicester City 2025 is one of the least creative teams I've ever seen us have.
