Too many of the players we have are simply not good enough or are happy losers and don't have the pride or ambition to dig in, graft and play a more positive type of football 

 

I can't see any manager that we could realistically attract being able to get consistently decent performances out of this group

Even on the state we’re in, this squad could still be paying better than it is. A change of emphasis on to what it can do will help…… 

 

Marti isn’t capable of doing that. 

He started the same side that was 4-0 down to QPR at HT. He’s an absolute disaster of a manager.

Plenty of lashing out on here which is understandable, but I do agree that someone like Simone for example, would die a death here. He would leave, and justifiably so.

Dyche type would have been ideal, but I know he feels above this level, which evidentially he is, just about.

Marti has to do better, so the only question is, do we roll the dice?

Did you miss entirely my rebuild comment? 3/4 of the squad need to go, end of. There's a possibility a couple of players will wake up to the "beating". 

What do you mean we won't have any players left? Do you think we have footballers now? 

Do you realise the team needs a major change? We can't replace the owner, it's his business.

We’ve all ready rolled the ****ing dice and it hasn’t landed on a double six . He’s finished and if he don’t go TODAY then so will Leicester city be as a championship club , how many more throws does he get

Get it but sacking Marti and letting the guy who brought him in to pick his replacement seems less than ideal. That is what I meant by roll the dice.

Yes he can be blamed for rinse and repeat, yes he can be blamed for his in game management & my biggest thing, his subs & timing of but Jesus let’s not let this lot get away with playing how they do.

The irony is most posters on here live and tut touch by touch but do you realise Marti is not in control of that.

I’m all for giving managers some time, but I can’t see any green shoots whatsoever.

Feel if we don’t get some sort of form or positivity, we’ll have no chance of signing Jordan James permanently.

He’s not getting sacked until we find out what’s happening with the PSR issue…. The club won’t want any potential fuel for the decision makers….. even though the financial years are different, it doesn’t look good for the books….. 

 

We’re terrified by PSR, so aren’t making any decisions at all….. and when we do they’re poor ones.

Suspect you are right, and likely not until then Technical Director patsy has been announced, and even that is potentially blocked behind the PSR sentence.

I can't defend him anymore. The players and Marti can get stuffed!

 

And there's a player sitting at home earning £70k per week to do absolutely nothing. 

 

What a broken club.

You can never tell if we’re chasing a game - no urgency, no change in tactics, subs are usually baffling, no commitment to get players forward 
 

We are way too much of a basket case for Marti - get rid pdq

What I meant was, we’re basically not making decisions because we’re terrified of PSR in acutely aware it’s entirely our fault, so we’ve actually ham strung ourselves!

He's the bloody manager of the football team if he doesn't have control of the player playing how they do then he damn well should do.
