What I meant was, we’re basically not making decisions because we’re terrified of PSR in acutely aware it’s entirely our fault, so we’ve actually ham strung ourselves!

I think this is bang on and ironically it’s this that will ultimately ruin us.

He's not good enough, but I still feel sorry for him.

We concede so many goals due to individual braindead errors and we don't have a striker that can score goals. We are a badly built squad.

But if he isn't going to play a more solid defensive system then that's on him.

You feel sorry for him? We are actually outperforming our xg. We should be lower on the table. He’s a shit manager and a fake person.

He's the bloody manager of the football team if he doesn't have control of the player playing how they do then he damn well should do.

What?
touch by touch a manager has no control, missed placed passes, putting a ball left instead of right all in game how the f is he in control of that?

Think there’s too much in the air for them to act on it personally. PSR, new “technical director”, Jan transfer window. They’re not going to act on it until it becomes a total crisis and going on previous form - too late.

Each player has a slot up their arse, where Marti inserts the punched cards containing the match plans. So I suspect he is recycling his QPR punch card library.

Therefore he needs to go.

Because he has the power to change it during the course of a match but he doesn't. Presumably they are also playing to his instructions when it is clear to see they aren't up to it. A good manager, in whatever, trade, doesn't expose their staff to things they are not capable of doing. They manage them in a way to get the best out of them. Something he clearly fails to do.  They also try to improve them over the course of time. I'd say we are going backwards in this aspect since his appointment.

Get it but sacking Marti and letting the guy who brought him in to pick his replacement seems less than ideal. That is what I meant by roll the dice.

I hear u, we’re all extremely frustrated right now ain’t we . One thing I know is we do deserve to be where we currently are , however will the correct change happen. We really are free falling , there’s some talent in the team , can a change in management extract that talent and get us playing to a better level . What I find hard to except is our current manager didn’t even play at a top level, ( know this isn’t a must ) but he don’t show leadership qualities, don’t seem passionate enough for me on the touch line in games . We are where we are .

Yeah, I do feel a bit sorry for him. I think he's inherited a terribly assembled squad. And even now some of our supporters still don't truly accept how bad it is. And I think they take that out on him.

There is literally no fight or character in this bunch. His defence is totally lightweight and error prone, his midfield is lightweight and just gets run through, his wingers are totally inconsistent, and we don't have any strikers that can score from open play. When he drops players everyone blames him for not playing that player, but they're all s**t.

He seems like a nice guy who's just out of his depth. He paid his own compensation to be here. Is one of the only people in that dressing room who wants to be here by the looks of it.

But he isn't good enough. I think he was only brought here cause he was inexperienced and would do what he was told to - which is persist with players like Winks and Faes and play a style of football that's ill-suited to this set of players. So whilst I think he should go, I put much more blame on the players and the people who appointed him.

If he'd had chance to bring his own players in I'd be much more negative.

I have said my biggest gripe with him is his subs & timing of.

My biggest gripe with fans is living touch by touch, there are only 5 subs and reading the match thread those 5 subs would be made within 15mins due to a missed placed passes.

Im not saying his time isn’t up but football fans put to much on a manager when you lose but hardly any credit when they win.

There are only a handful of ways of playing but bet your ass he don’t say Mav if the player passes you don’t worry just stop cos Thomas is there or Ayew just fall over when you get the ball and we’ll get a foul.

There will be a general game plan but it won’t be rigid & the last thing a manager will say is play what’s infront of you….i know im speaking on deaf ears but there ya go

See I knew it, even your insults are better than mine. I aspire to your levels of alphaness. I just sit here all day, clapping. It’s painful after a while. Can you teach me? Is it something one can learn?

Worst bit for me is we’re going to miss out on signing Jordan James, someone we should be building our next 3-5 years around

I absolutely detest our passive fanbase.

I could go so much further but I don’t wanna risk a ban.

I want to make a miniclip videogame where i have to take them all out to save the club. Top and Rudkin are the main bosses. Weapons include Chang Beer, Flasks, Filbert Fox stuffy toys and donuts.

It's in development.

He guides what happens at training, though.

If players are consistently making the same mistakes - either through confusing tactics or skill - then that's something that needs to be worked on in training and we should at least see some improvement, or the players dropped for someone else who does. But week on week we see the exact same crap on the pitch, and the same mistakes being made.

We throw away points all the time? It's a mentality issue. Get some proper training in or a club psychologist. Marti needs to be taking responsibility for that.

Slow, misplaced passes? Drill them again and again and again until we can at least do them at a level suitable for the championship (given that most of these are ex-prem players, that should be the bare minimum)

Struggling with fitness/high pressure as the game progresses? Why has he not put his foot down to make sure the fitness training is more disciplined. Instead we have the likes Ayew huffing and puffing barely 30mins into a match.

Keep putting ourselves under pressure from short goal kicks? Thats a tactical issue and we need to work on other options between games so we're not reliant on the same thing every time.

He doesn't control the players like a game of FIFA, but he controls the day-in day-out stuff that leads up to a match day. If he cant get that right, then he may as well not be here at all. I'd rather have King running the show as Marti offers absolutely nothing at this point.

Looking forward to the "Official" Supporters Group man of the match from today! Win lose or draw apparently but there wasn't one after QPR strangely enough.

For his sake, I hope we don't. Keeping him past this season would be a massive setback for his career.

Thankfully for him, I think he's destined to go to a promoted side next year. Which clearly won't be us.

Coming out of C1 there was a group of several people clapping at the end but I think it was aimed at JJ, nobody around me clapped and there was some shouting at the players
