Time to go.

The fact that we had a great week with two good wins followed by two pathetic losses is what worried me both.

The players either don’t respect him or he’s just that clueless that he can’t set them up at all. Actually i reckon it’s both..

Who would realistically replace him?

It just needs an entire new setup I think.

It’s not always about just the head coach, it’s about the entire management team. They all need to go and a brand new team bringing in to sort this out.

Going down with him at the wheel. What price the complacent amateurs in charge of the club recognising it?

Realistically it will end up being Russell Martin, we're never going to pull out an unknown gem when Rudkin doesn't know the continent exists, but at this point Brussel really couldn't be worse.

As much as I feel for him, no money to spend, points deduction around the corner and I am sure more to come on our financial restraints, then you add the relegated big hitters who dont want to be here (Winks, Faes, Soumare etc), he hasnt got much to play with.

However, the players are not playing for him or the shirt. Todays performance against a bang average side who lost a couple of decent players to AFCON is a reminder that this guy is simply not good enough.

Get rid and lets go again

That's not a reason to keep him.

I'm not saying that, I'm just interested to know potential replacement ideas

I want him out so bad, but we know that we’re not gonna do it, we are skint and have a pending points deduction.

Marti doesn’t get sacked until we’re in the bottom 3 🤮

I don’t think we’ll go down.

We’ll just continue this run of win one, draw one, lose one.

It‘s like walking around in purgatory.

Why get rid? The problem is the ownership

So if we got brand new owners tomorrow Marti would suddenly turn this around?

How low do we have to sink before the board cotton on to the fact that Cifuentes is incompetent and out of his depth?

Since he has been at the club not one player has improved whereas several have got worse.

I didn’t take up my seat today because I could see this happening. I have zero faith in his ability to motivate or inspire the team, or react positively to adversity.

He’s just useless and has to go. Now.
