It does cast food for thought, for all those people saying no manager could get a tune out of this dross ridden squad. What are your thoughts are a few wins.

He has had to find a team that would work together, every manager faces the same problems instead of calling for there head after every 10 games

Individual brilliance from DCR and Fatawu bailing Marti out.

Players overperforming their xG (cooper's downfall)

Sloppy and giving Ipswich the ball in the second half rather than dominating them.

Cowardly defensive shape.

Musn't be fooled by this. Will he get 6 points against QPR + Watford?

You sound just like the bloke who sits behind me, berating Marti and the players when we celebrating goal number three.

Must be great at parties.

Its not about the moment itself, but I can already see whats going to happen in the next few months.

I'm simply bracing for the inevitable.

We won today because of two insane goals, Marti is still objectively a bad manager.

Fatawu and DCR displayed moments of individual brilliance, why would this change anyones view on Marti?

I shagged Margot Robbie last night but I noticed a small dot of lipstick had strayed onto her skin at the corner of her lips. Put me right off.

It hasn't. But the goal we conceded today was nothing to do with Marti. Ipswich got that second wind out of nothing and the momentum swung. The fact we also only limited them to one goal in the end despite that also says that Marti did good today.

I'm not absolving Stolarczyk from blame, but those phases of play are tactically mannovered in the training ground.

The positioning of Skipp and the wide CBs are down to Marti, why is our first phase of play not breaking through Ipswich's press?

This is tactical. If you watch older clips under Maresca, you would see how organised our players were during build-up.

Agreed, aside from the 2 screamers we haven't created an awful lot.

Blaming the manager because a player has lost his mind and instead of kicking it long passed it to there player is ridiculous to say the least.

It's not like under Enzo where passing it out from the back is the only option.

He had 20 games, clearly the players are not as bad as most believed (shock horror) at the end of the day it’s not a master stoke he has found a formula for a few results it highlights he has underperformed. It’s only taken having one of the worst defences over the last 10 odd games to try the highly rated Nelson

We can just about muster a starting 11 together and your chirping on about how good the squad is not to mention not having a striker that is capable of doing a job at this level

We won an Fa cup final because of individual brilliance, even Real Madrid and Man City have match winners, that have extra quality. Its the rest of the teams job to keep the team in the game long enough for those individual moments to matter, we won a premiership on that same process. How many goals are free flowing play where all 11 players touch the ball? That's the nature of any team, there are star performers who don't do a lot for large moments then have that genius moment, there are also others who do far more in total to affect the team, but don't have that high performance ceiling.

I think the last few games have shown that the players are still with him. Taking Winks out and benching Faes has probably strengthened his position. They are certainly improvements in games, today for instance we pressed more and in the right areas. The effort is there.

He's given Skipp a new lease of life and the confidence he needed. Bar the brain fart, we defended really well.

Do you struggle to read?

Saying the squad is not as dross as many make out after repeatedly hearing no manager would get a tune out of this lot week after week, is not saying how good the squad is.

its highlighting the managers insufficiencies, that are hidden behind that.

You write in his defence like it’s your husband and add your own bits in that people don’t even say.

Needs help with actual proper signings, it's a shame we are an unserious football club.

we are 8th with a decent points return for the squad we have why can't you just accept that and give the manager some time when its clearly not as bad as it was under Cooper or Ruud and that's with losing 6 first team players including Vardy.

Love how you reply with a childish comment though, such an angry boy

Except when we did the exact same thing when 2-0 up at Watford (Mads to Winks)

Shhhhh. You are not allowed to bring up anything that didn’t go brilliantly under Enzo.

One of the best performances of the season, gave away a stipid goal, which happens to the best teams and yet there's still people on here not happy.

Are you all versions of the whinger who sits near me in the South Stand?
