Each striker on their own is crap, maybe we need to play all 3?

                 Jakub

  Nelson, Vestergaard, Faes

Fatawu, Winks, James, Aluko

                  Ayew

          Carranza, Daka

All 3 have 1 goal this season, are you playing the law of averages lol

I agree with that

Daka scored 4 away at Spartak as part of a front 2 with Kelechi

Maybe he needs partner to create space for him with their movement - Carranza seems to have good movement and makes decent runs which could free up space for Daka

Massively clutching at straws but this is all I’ve got lol

Why, every man and their dog on here has wanted a three at the back?

Soumare? Ayew? Silko Thomas? Who has never looked remotely good at academy level?

This Silko Thomas thing is weird, nowhere near what we want but is Cifuentes chosen one from the u21s

Out of all the promising young lads we have its odd the manager picks him. Spent more time on the floor than patson did against Blackburn.

I've heard Nelson's starting tomorrow night - Is that old news?

I'm not sure if you can cobble a decent first 11?

                        Stolarcyzk

Ricky           Nelson         Akoli            Someone not Thomas or VK Aluko?

                     JJ        Winks

Fatawu            Monga              Mavi     (make the ****ers switch and bloody move)

                          Ayew

Leave work early, drive home, rush a hi/bye to wife and kids, drive 90 mins, pay £7.50 to park, either eat crap food from outside or pay over the odds for crap food inside, be disappointed for 90 mins, get home around midnight.

Decisions, decisions...

If its to be a 3-5-2, the balance of the squad doesnt really suit that formation well.

3-4-3 might be a better option, but even so where does that leave the wingers in either formation who are our most dangerous players?

Youd have to really get a good balance in midfield to play either of those formations too, youd really want a third man in there as Soumare and Winks give zero effort out of possession.

Hello Leicester

Seems everyone is expecting a Middlesbrough win - are things really that bad? If so, let me introduce Middlesbrough. We are excellent at ending baron spells of other teams over the years so do not be surprised if we help kick start your season tomorrow.

On a serious note (although the above is serious), we are coming off our heaviest defeat of the season and a spell of games where the performances have been poor despite the results (which is all that matters really). Aside from Watford away, we have looked defensively solid - our problems are in attack. Despite 6 good players battling for 3 positions we cannot seem to find the balance and consistency and as such we are creating very few chance and struggling to score. In fact io think we are bottom 3 for XG and chances created.

We work extremely hard and are very strong in midfield  but their is real concern in front of goal.

I have absolutely no idea what to expect tomorrow. I keep expecting Leicester and Southampton to hump somebody and go on a run but it doesn't seem to happen (hence my opening line). Its my first visit to your place tomorrow, so looking forward to ticking off another ground despite been neither confident or unconfident.

If the highlighted points are true, youve got an excellent chance of winning.

Your defensive solidarity will probably nullify our "threat" up front. Its normally a case of getting into a good defensive shape whilst we pass the ball slowly and aimlessly giving you plenty of time to regroup, and then when you nick the ball back, that hard working strong midfield can break forward and expose the gaps we leave in transition. Loads of teams have done this already. Even Huddersfield from the division below managed this.

Its pointless pressing us, just sit in your shape whilst we pass it predictably. Itll come to nothing. Itll most likely be a poor inswinging cross or speculative shot from fatawu thatll be the sum total of the buildup.

Your forwards will probably get chances due to pure laziness and lack of concentration at the back. Sloppy passes you can pounce on, or deep runs no one can be bothered to track. Youll get in on goal a few times with good chances.

We MAY trouble you in SPELLS throughout the game, but there will be spells you will get on top.
