What a depressing list.

Went for Soumaré, pretty much seen out his entire contract without doing anything positive for the club or improving in any way. If I could deport him today to AC Milan, I'd pay for his one-way flight.

This said, Skipp is a terrible signing, and I don't think that will change in the time he has left. But yesterday's performance, on top of many others, put Bouba at the top of my list.

I voted Skipp but was Souttar really 17m euros?  Pains me to say it but with the lack of playing time, the injury and being frozen out for the entirety of our EPL promotion season, Souttar is probably the worst value out of that lot.

The Congerton effect.

Hamburg and Sunderland both fell to the lowest ebbs in their history after his involvement- we're not a million miles off going the same way.

Skipp. It made zero sense at the time; spending big when we were skint, position we didn't need to recruit, seemingly an average player (that appears to have been optimistic). Just the worst signing.

Skipp a ridiculous poor signing who offered nothing. Ward obviously. Daka is the biggest disappointment. Soumare who keeps getting games.

From them, the worst has to be Skipp given how many positions we were lacking, our financial position etc. and we decided to roll the dice on Oliver Skipp. Put aside him being useless but a DM ? Really.

Patson Daka, still for me, even now people on the forum are using this thread to make  excuses for our worst signing in history blaming it on poor coaching, non utilisation etc, at least skipp was half decent squad player for spurs and contributed heavily in Norwich’s last promotion.

Punished for showing ambition, apparently.

I went for Soumare.

Skipp is the most popular choice and in terms of pounds to ability ratio, it's hard to argue against, but we have to put these signings into context.  The damage had already been done by the time we got to Oliver Skipp.

If we had got any of the earlier ones right we might still be a Premier League team.
