We must have an urgent statement from the club acknowledging the issues and giving some indication of a plan, even if it's fabricated. Continued Radio silence is just so disrespectful to very loyal fans (customers!). Hellooooo, say something, anything. We deserve better.

 

Even the Blackburn owners are trying to connect with their boycotting fans.

Top is taking the p*ss with his interview banging on about more communication. If anything there has been less since it and the only thing taken from it is confirmation that it's definitely not him writing the programme notes with his awful English! 

 

You'd have thought if you were going to concentrate on improving communication with the fans it would be a staged and planned process. 

 

Stage 1 - address the fans with an interview.

 

Stage 2 - do A B and C to back the interview up with real evidence the club are trying to be more transparent. 

 

Stage 3 - gauge fan happiness with new ways of working and adjust where necessary. 

 

We haven't done stage 2 or 3. We've Just done a terrible interview and then back to the way things were - no... Wait...  even worse than before!

 

What multi-million pound business would ever operate like this?!

Nothing says 'I've got my finger on the pulse' like giving an interview backing your manager....and then sacking him the same bloody day. They won't have even thought about Marti's successor and will now be scrambling about in what could be the most critical week of the season. We've been here before more than once. The man is incompetent.
