I can  accept James was tired but for **** sake, actually make a sub that will help? Daka will do nothing but chase lost courses, Bobby Reid isn’t a box to box midfielder….. bring Ricardo on, Move Hamza into the CDM role and just look to kill the momentum of the game…. For at least 20-30 minutes he basically let Bristol stroll through the midfield space that he had created for them.

We can’t defend at the best of times, making decisions like this gives us no ****ing chance.

I haven't seen the game but part of a team talk is surely to focus the team from the very start of the 2nd half, it's a running theme that our 2nd half seem to usually be worse than the first half.

Completely powderpuff second-half. No steel throughout the side. Must be frustrating for the manager. Skipp delivers at the weekend, but was largely absent tonight. I was hppy Winks was out at the weekrnd, but tonight, I was wanting someone to put a foot on the ball, which he'd have done 🤷‍♂️.

I don't blame the keeper. Nothing in front of him. One way traffic.

The only one I can think of where we haven’t had a half under loads of pressure was against Coventry

Nobody took the sting out of the game. I know metronomic passers aren't hugely popular but we needed a Winks-type (not specifically him) who would just being an element of control.

Thomas is the type of player that if he has a good game, he should instantly be dropped for the next game. Time and time again he shows he can't put two good halves together, let alone two good games together

I'm not a Marti fan, but we just about have a functioning starting 11. (Not thrilled with Thomas, Vestergaard, or Ayew, but it's the first 11 this season that makes me think we might win some games.)

 

It's the same 11 from Saturday, so inevitably we need to make subs second half. 

 

Our squad is so poor that inevitably we get poorer as we chip away at that 11. 

 

Should never concede like that in the first minute of the second, but this is nothing new. We know the culture isn't good. We switched off as we so often do, and then panicked a bit, like we so often do. 

 

This is nothing new, and neither is our squad being rubbish. 

 

Do I think Marti is the man to take us forwards? No. But I also don't think you can pin the second half on him.

JJ being ill if thats the case has done us, we dont have the squad depth if he goes off, he's our engine and leader. What i disagree with is brining Daka on, he's useless, would rather have brought Evans on. We could have used Riccy in midfield but we just didn't have enougb on the bench.

4 points in past 2 games, and for me it's all about survival this season

Do they not spend time on defensive shape, composure or 10v11 during all those Seagrave Coaching Sessions. If they do then it's the blind leading the blind or it's going in one ear and out the other. Either way, they look like a Fred Karno Tribute Act.

Keeper was shocking, should have saved both. Rest were rubbish as well though
