Matt Heath very good yesterday. Always better when they have someone who cares about the club as opposed to someone like Michael Morrison or Darren Kenton, whilst have the knowledge of football, don't of the club.

Didn’t he sing ‘Can’t play on broken strings’?

Probably knows more than you think with analogies like that

Do miss Ian Stringer a bit tbh.

Piper really is one of us.

Agree so much. I do wonder if ever any of the leadership or players either listen back, or get sent a clip of BSLB or similar and what they think.

To be fair Owen’s intro on the pod tonight was spot on to be fair.

It was excellent. Piper seemed genuinely taken aback by how honest OPA was. Well worth a listen.

Owen is a good lad. Clearly a supporter and didn't feel the need to over egg it to prove that in the way Stringer would.

Anyone else find Phil Holloway's river of borderline-delusional positivity nauseating on Football Forum tonight? And once again, Pipes is bang on the money.

Me. I find him irritating. Pipes is a legend and speaks sense.

They are professionals who have had to commentate on us winning 17 out of 81 matches. As fans, they suffer too.

Where can I find the pod? Just on BBC app?

Any app that does podcasts. It's called 'when you're smiling'
