Just as a decent gesture. Although they probably like the saving of a small crowd and spend less on staffing, food and drink etc. I think this club needs a decent occasion tomorrow, just to uplift everyone, not play in-front of one stand. 6

Carabao Cup games, the gate receipts are shared. So they have to give half of the cash to Northampton. You’d have to get a rule change for the competition

Because they don’t know the pricing structure as it has to be agreed with the opposition.
