Genuinely Garbage half apart from Alves, Braybrooke and Joseph. Alves in particular has done 9 in 10 things right and looked dead sharp

 

Reid has been completely ineffectual but at least has the excuse of playing out of position, he has got on the ball and played it with conviction a few times — Cullen has genuinely done nothing but but give it away.

 

Skipp spends too long deliberating over making the most obvious or negative of passes, everything moves so slowly through him, I genuinely think Hamza would be a better option than him just for a bit of bite and I think he's shite n all 

 

Bin Cullen, Reid and Thomas off and we might resemble a football team

Cullen & Burns not up to much, De Cordova-Reid isn't a striker. Nice bits of possession but not asking enough questions. Thought Skipp isn't actually doing too bad. Okoli still can't pass the ball consistently at all.

Some on here need to give their heads a wobble. 
 

No it wasn’t a great first half. But some have described it as terrible. Such an over statement. We’re looking very shaky at the back - especially the opening 5 mins. But then for the vast majority of the half we grew into it and with some better finishing we would be at least 1 up. It’s the first league game of the season.
 

I think we need to be a bit more patient than to just write it all off already.

I was very optimistic.  But our lack of teeth is worrying. And absolute inability to absorb the amallest amount of pressue is unacceptable.  I. Not seeing anything different from last season. We may as well have daka and ayew playing,  skipp, bdr have no valid footballing reaso to be anywhere near that pitch.

The worrying thing is...its is 100% rangers we are watching. Russell as learned nothing, and show is Inflexibility.

Tip tap football but defensively still huge concerns. Thomas has been awful and McCarthy doesn’t fill me with confidence. 
 

Credit to the younger lads who have looked bright but there’s no one to aim for. Cullen is poor so far as well, careless with the ball.

Continuation from Northampton last week. This Martin ball is a painful watch. This game could go either way but we have far superior players that simply won't do things in one pass if it can be done in two or three. Over complicated nonsense.

I think we've been the better team by some distance, Braybooke came very close. A few shaky moments but overall we just need more cutting edge (Reid taking off for Bristric)

Braybrooke bring man marked, player is sitting on him and keeping out of the game, which isn't helping Burns as he has no one to play off.

 

Thomas is frightened to play a forward ball BCDR and Cullen to similar and ineffective.

Cullen, like Ayew will 100% turn out to be a signing that makes zero sense.

 

We have so many gaps in our squad yet we spent our first bit of money on a player who is not an improvement on what we’ve got.

I'd love to know how this style of football creates less chances for the opposition. I have seen nothing of Enzos time or Martin ball to suggest that at all. Only worked under Enzo when we were absolute flat track bullies against dog shit. Even they worked it out. Early on in that season we had so many lucky results too.
