I’m surprised Martin hasn’t just gone with players who can pass a football at centre half.

We’ve got that many midfielders, we could feasibly end up with Skipp and Choudhury as a centre back partnership once all of want away defenders leave.

Ironic really, considering they’re mainly the issue.

I think we start with Souttar and Okoli again for this game. I can’t see him changing a lot from the Notts game.

It was really obvious we weren’t going to win last week

I’d be astounded if we don’t beat these though

Astounded? i’d settle for a 1-0 sadly

Yep same, may lad trains in Burton a couple of times a week. They said it will be 5-0 to Leicester. I said, hmmm I know Leicester city better than that 1-1.

Need to factor in the 'cup final' mentality. Every player in this league will give that bit extra against us. The Notts C manager said something about it at the weekend.

I see the great transfer negotiations team appear to have gone into the mode now of leaving everything late now. Fair chunk of the week has passed with no real movement on in's or out's but still an absolute cluster**** at centre back and up front.

I think the issue is how we get Souttar and Faes out.

You asked for miracles, Pliskin, I give you the F.B.I. Leicester City FC.

Could have said the same thing about County, who just came up from L2 via the playoffs

Both Notts County and Bromley were four leagues below us during the main Covid season of 2020-21!!

Things I’d rather than Nobby DCR play on Saturday:

•Step on Lego every morning for a year

•Spend an entire day in a queue

•Watch paint dry

•Be stuck in a lift with James O’Brien

•Spend Xmas day with the extended family with no Alcohol
•Eat soup with a Ruler

•Grate cheese with a fork

•Be made to re-watch Into The Woods

Feel free to add more..

Dropping Thomas, Skipp and Reid is the next logical move for those that have eyes.  Those three are the biggest blockers on the pitch.  Okoli can wait for another day, unless he never passes the ball again.

I'm sure he will play the same squad, exactly the same way and we will grind out a draw because of the style of play.
