Holding Out For a Hero?

Having just looked through the stats for our previous stay in League one, there's many shining examples that we could do with right now. So I got to thinking,

 

Who could be an unlikely hero this season?

 

I say unlikely because I don't see anyone right now, but I'm not going to say that someone couldn't be the firebrand we need.

 

I'll start with Sammy Braybrooke. Time to make his mark at home.

The OP asked "Who could be an unlikely hero this season?", so I am not sure why a lot of people are saying Braybrooke. Surely he is a very likely hero.

 

My unlikely hero is MacFarlane, supplants Thomas and goes on to assist 15 and score 7.

He's looked decent and he's only going to get better the more confident he gets.

I think quite a few see a few potentials. Maybe it should've been titled "Potential Heroes".

 

Or maybe @Trav Le Bleu is still mourning the loss of Bonnie Tyler?
