Being outplayed by Will Jacks, with both bat and ball. Seems to have gone backwards this season, I don't think sitting on the bench at the IPL helped.

 

Coles, Crane or Harrison might get a go at some point in the future.

To be fair the team has been awfully put together this year.
 

Been unlucky with injuries, yes, but signings of tattersall, ezkanzi, patel, gilchrist all woeful.
 

Pair that with Ahmed not playing cricket, last minute change of maharaj, handscomb not coming and multiple players falling out with management,  It’s been a truly messy season.
 

For the success they have had, my god this back room team is chaotic.

Seems more likely they will get hammered than we beat Warks anyway.

Lol Gilchrist was an emergency loan signing who played 2 games and took 8 wickets not sure he can be classed as woeful. 

 

Also Ezkinazi looked a great signing on paper I defy you to find anyone questioning it at the time we signed him he also batted well in the first block of county championship games I think he was averaging 40 when they broke for the blast. He has been honking since then though but not sure you can blame the signing just another out of form player.

It’s a complete mess (coaching) no joined up thinking as the disastrous T20 campaign showed. I found it very surprising that Thomas who I know is a complete control freak didn’t seem to have any plan in place. 
As you say too much disharmony in the camp with players being frozen out having seemingly fallen out with Thomas. 
I think a change of coach is needed as Henderson and Thomas are as thick as thieves.
