Unfortunately, for you, you do see a lot of badly parked delivery vans, from many companies and it probably would make people assume.

Absolutely agree.

I try to be very considerate though. Certainly don't block anyones drive.

Sometimes I have to park on double yellows, but literally there under 60 seconds.

Some deliveries, you know you'll be a bit longer, so you definitely park more considerably, even if it means you have to walk further.

I'm not perfect, but show me a driver who is.

I've had to go down some public roads where people have parked so badly, I've had to pull my wing mirrors in. God forbid they ever need an ambulance or fire engine.

Hermes are stupid.

Their drivers are stupid.

Their website is stupid.

Had a delivery scheduled for yesterday.

Was in all day and have a Ring doorbell anyway just incase.

No delivery.

Check the tracking on their site - says they tried to deliver it yesterday but no one was in lol

Checked the Ring doorbell, just incase. Turns out the driver walked past our door, and the neighbour, and must have delivered it there :dunno:

Cars drive around the village too fast.

Cars drive in fog too fast.

As I was cycling back home this morning, obnoxious neighbour’s idiot daughter sped past and met a dumbfvck speeding towards her. The result on the foggy, greasy village road was as predictable as it was satisfying.

Im guessing this is the beginning of the end…

I appear to have some sort of referred back / hip / gluteal muscle pain which means I struggle to get into a standing position and turning in bed is immensely painful too.

Saw physio Friday and he said everything was normal, so I'm just hoping that ibuprofen gel will ease matters when it arrives... All the result of getting ill in Malta.

Medical review - all my tests returned normal levels. Was congratulated on my reduced cholesterol as the statins must be working - to which I pointed out I’ve never taken them.

Whoda thunk it, a healthy diet and 18hrs of hard exercise a week is good for you.

Well done mate - fair play.

Great job.

Did you make massive changes to your diet?

And, umm, if @Raj and @Mike Oxlong promise not to comment, what does 18 hours of hard exercise a week look like?

Cut out booze bar a couple of times a month. All meals are made from fresh with loads of veg and eaten with some fermented stuff. Booze used to be 2-3 nights per week and we used to do a lot of deliveries and oven meals.

Ten hours power walking with the woofs, eight hours average either on the Wattbike doing Zwift training programs or out on the road on the Cannondale. I do some core work at home too and an hour a week 6-aside but don’t count those as I can’t measure them.

I didn't think I'd be on here for a week or so, but I'm cooking dinner and having a quick browse.

Father in law lost his battle with cancer yesterday.

Fvcking shite.

It was peaceful, at home, surrounded by his loved ones.

We knew it was coming, but nothing can prepare you for it.

All pulling together as a family and looking after each other.

I'd just like to thank everyone again who donated to my golf challenge in the summer to raise money for Macmillan, which was obviously inspired by Dave.

There'll be a bigger and better one next summer.

Give one of your loved ones a phone call or a hug tonight, it's fvcking devastating when you can't anymore.

Respect to @tom27111. Sorry for your loss. Any loss, however expected, of a loved one is tough. Time heals. Be strong. Be sad.

Feel his love and the love you gave back.
