My job sees me visiting folk in their own homes.

Fella I went to see today smoked one cigarette after another whilst I was there.

I left after 30 mins absolutely reaking of smoke. It reminded me of days, not that long ago, when I got home from the club or pub stinking of smoke.

Great day when that filthy habit was banned in public places

Got to have a tooth out next week and dreading it every moment of the day :(

I have to have two wisdom teeth out soon. Not looking forward to it.

I had one out a few years ago but the NHS shifted me on to Nuffield Health and that was an almost pain free experience. I'm not as confident in the NHS though.

I had to have a molar yanked a few years back and it was a bloody relief, the slight discomfort and only being able to eat mash after was worth it given the bloody pain that came before, never felt anything like it. Luckily my jawline wasn't compromised

Picked my nephew from school and played wally (wall-ee)...remember that?   All afternoon until it was dark...my knees will know about it tomorrow.

Often have a kick about with my grandson, well when I say kick, my right knee especially gives me too much stick, so tap is more accurate. Instead I've been using my left foot.

Now my left knee is giving me jip.

Oh, and I run like an old man now.

Think my footballing days are done.

My knee was hurting for a good hour after going to the theatre to see Stewart Lee last night. Christ knows how I’m going to cope with long haul in cattle class.

Well, I found out a couple of days ago that I've lost my job.

Amazon are cutting costs and volume is low, so the DSP's have had to cut drivers.

Not the end of the world, maybe it's time to dust off the suit and go back to the motor trade?

Thank you.

It's cool though. Giving me a kick up the backside I probably need.

People have told me I was wasted doing that. I don't really agree, because someone needs to do it and it was easy money.

Anyway, whilst I'm not working @Miloand @Izzy really need to up their golf game, because my handicap is coming down! lol

Youve got to figure something out.

Toms Deliveries and Car sales (and deck building) services.

Sorry to hear about the job loss. Hope you find something you enjoy sooner than later. Best of luck mate!

Maybe you could combine your two roles and be a delivery driver for Cinch.

And then tell them how shit their choice of car is and that you could have got them a better deal!

Cinch have basically killed Cazoo and other retailers like them.

You know why?

Cinch is owned by BCA, British Car Auctions. So they get first refusal on ANYYHING.

Kind of a good thing, especially as Cazoo made me redundant in lockdown.

Nowt personal though lol

Just look at Cazoo's share price history.

You don't lose 98% of your companies value if you're successful.

Anyway mate, I've got the perfect business plan.

I've bought 3 diesel generators and I'm charging Tesla drivers to charge up lol

Totally agree, but there must be a market for morons?

There's a lot of them about...

Sorry to hear about your job but if you're looking at it as an opportunity for a different challenge, good on you.
