Kramaric lives in a flat on London road, top floor, got the price down to just over 2k a month was on the market for 300k + Ulloa lives in a 4 bed rented house top end of London rd on road on the right, cinema room in the cellar, very nice place was on the market to sell for 525k but has come down. Ulloa is on a rolling contract, again around 2k. Kramaric runs out in the summer but guess can extend unless flat sells. Not fair to say anymore re location. Estiban, 99.9% sure he lives in a gated flat on Elms road. ...and long may all 3 stay here.

Walks past my table, the missus hasn't a clue who he is! Seen both at Leicester Grammar School in Great Glen picking up their children from the junior school.
