Stephen Ireland has been a waste of space for a few seasons now but that would be an incredible signing for them. Sadly a fair few teams are making good signings, we've just got to grin and bare it. We had our chance and it didn't pay off so let's just get our heads down and pray.

In my opinion we have a good side already. If we can add some consistancy that we didn't have last year we'll be fine.

We're still lacking a bit of talent but it's not a bad squad. It's more the manager and coaching staff I have reservations with, they aren't exactly proven to improve players.

Not 100% sure on this, but I swear I read this somewhere. I doubt he'll get paid tonnes at Blackpool, probably £10-15k at the most.

Ipswich have paid him off for the next year so Oyston probably offered him 6k tops. Another big plus for Chopra is there's a casino right next door to the club hotel next to the ground, so he'll be sweating like a blind lesbo in a fish market.

He was the chap that turned Spurs round for me, not Redknapp - even considering that he took over after Ramos' garbage tenure.

On the other hand, he went out to Sheffield Wednesday on loan last season and was very very poor, in which he was booed off the pitch a few times.
