Jace Posted 2 September 2013 Posted 2 September 2013 At this rate we should make a healthy profit this season if all these rumours are true
Larry_LCFC Posted 2 September 2013 Posted 2 September 2013 Twitter is fun. Just read that Palace are going to offer 4m for Chris Wood, and Leicester have accepted a 750k bid for Andy King. Good business that
theessexfox Posted 2 September 2013 Posted 2 September 2013 Can we have a thread where we make up a couple of ridiculous transfer rumours and see which ITK accounts report them?
Guest Posted 2 September 2013 Posted 2 September 2013 I've told Nigel I'll sign and sit in the reseves on futacs wages I'm starting to believe that you ARE Futacs
MikeyT Posted 2 September 2013 Posted 2 September 2013 SkyBet Championship â€@Transfer_News2434s Leicester are interested in Wolves winger Bakary Sako
Carl the Llama Posted 2 September 2013 Posted 2 September 2013 Twitter is fun. Just read that Palace are going to offer 4m for Chris Wood, and Leicester have accepted a 750k bid for Andy King. They're not even trying to be convincing anymore... What compels a person to 'report' such tripe?
Ashley Posted 2 September 2013 Posted 2 September 2013 SkyBet Championship â€@Transfer_News2434s Leicester are interested in Wolves winger Bakary Sako Will not happen.
Stadt Posted 2 September 2013 Posted 2 September 2013 I doubt it would happen but I'd be very pleased if it did
Mark_w Posted 2 September 2013 Posted 2 September 2013 LAZY JOURNALISM I think calling that journalism is pushing it a bit.
RedHux Posted 2 September 2013 Posted 2 September 2013 Wolves want 4m or thereabouts. We've been chasing him for a while and had a couple of bids rejected. Still, he didn't play on Saturday as 'his head wasn't right', or something because the transfer fuss.
foxfanazer Posted 2 September 2013 Posted 2 September 2013 Not a chance in hell, apparently they rejected a £4m bid from Florist for him
Fox92 Posted 2 September 2013 Posted 2 September 2013 Hahahahahahaa take Fryatt's penalties away and he's struggled to over get double figures in the league above League One level. Sharp has scored far more at this level than Matty. Oh yeah... Fryatt scored 13 goals in 09/10. Penalties scored - 1 (v Sheffield United). Fryatt scored 16 goals for Hull in 11/12. The best Billy Sharp has managed at Championship level is 15 in 09/10 and 10/11. I've always though Sharp is overrated. Scored loads for Doncaster and Scunthorpe (where he was the best player, in a poor squad). Failed in a good Sheffield United team, twice, and managed 9 for Southampton before he was loaned out to Nottingham Forest.
Carl the Llama Posted 2 September 2013 Posted 2 September 2013 Would be very nice, but as everyone's been saying: Not a flipping chance.
The Horse's Mouth Posted 2 September 2013 Posted 2 September 2013 Will not happen. stahp bein negative.
Guest Col city fan Posted 2 September 2013 Posted 2 September 2013 I'd snap Billy Sharp up in an instant. Have to disagree with Fox 92 I've always rated Sharp..
whitlock Posted 2 September 2013 Posted 2 September 2013 Depends... I imagine wages would be much smaller than Doyle's? If we offered Waghorn as part of the deal (I'm sure Jackett wanted Waggy when he was at Millwall?) i'm sure that we could possibly pull it off? Not saying that its going to happen but just a plausible way of something happening. Would excite me to see us sign him but I highly doubt it will happen.
TJB-fox Posted 2 September 2013 Posted 2 September 2013 Id have matty back if waghorn left, because Fryatt would be a lot better to bring off the bench than martyn. If this allowed waggy to go find his feet at league 1 or a crap championship side on loan, it would be even better. I do believe that Fryatt could be a threat for us off the bench (definitely not starting) and under Pearson, we know he can score goals. Overall, this would improve our squad at no extra cost (im guessing. )
Fox92 Posted 2 September 2013 Posted 2 September 2013 I'd snap Billy Sharp up in an instant. Have to disagree with Fox 92 I've always rated Sharp.. Football is all opinions
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 2 September 2013 Posted 2 September 2013 It's pronounced "bakery psycho"
Fox92 Posted 2 September 2013 Posted 2 September 2013 Good player but asking fee (and probably wages as well) are too high. Nottingham Forest have had bids rejected before, I expect Kenny want's to keep him.
