Saying that's its been a while since ive been Gala, do they still do food?
Stadt Posted 13 November 2013 Posted 13 November 2013 That picture is missing Ken's laptop, it is a pub right?

Guest Posted 13 November 2013 Posted 13 November 2013 Said bird has added me on FB and keeps going on about dates Well some people are keen on digestive health
21st Century Fox Posted 14 November 2013 Posted 14 November 2013 Museum it, makes you seem really classy. I know just the place.
ozleicester Posted 14 November 2013 Posted 14 November 2013 Take her on a bus tour of south east London before stopping at a McDonalds, make sure she pays. well well, who's been on a date with Lamby then?
Finnegan Posted 14 November 2013 Posted 14 November 2013 I know just the place. My god. The music! !!
goose2010 Posted 14 November 2013 Posted 14 November 2013 Went to Turtle Bay last week, its decent would say its a good place for a first date. Go for the Blue Mountain Goat curry if you do its spot on! The Guinness Punch (Guinness,Vanilla, Nutmeg, Condensed Milk) is pretty special as well!
Fox42 Posted 14 November 2013 Posted 14 November 2013 Take her to that French restaurant next to San Carlos on Granby Street. I here there's a live jazz band every Friday.
absolutelegend Posted 14 November 2013 Posted 14 November 2013 Where to take her prob depends on a couple of things; how old she is and how 'classy' she is.
Beliall Posted 14 November 2013 Posted 14 November 2013 meet her in a nice bar, cafe bar that serves food. have a chat and find out what shes into. when she suggests something do-able. go and do it. also you can see if you want to eat first or after. then when thats done suggest a night club or a quiet drink somewhere.
Webbo Posted 14 November 2013 Posted 14 November 2013 I know just the place. There's a statue outside the door there of a naked man with a huge stonker on. I was going to get the missus to take a picture of me resting my foot on it while tying my laces but I bottled it at the last minute.
Dan Posted 14 November 2013 Posted 14 November 2013 The initials are RH... I was about to post Ruud Hullit for fvck sake
indierich06 Posted 14 November 2013 Posted 14 November 2013 The Draft House near Tower Bridge. It's got a great selection of beer/ales on draft (which you can't see on the website, sadly) and the aforementioned pork scratchings. This pub is a 5 minute walk from the place I've worked for the last two years, I've always fancied going in but never gotten round to it... needless to say, I feel sick as a parrot right now. I'll be in there at 4:05pm this afternoon!
Lamby Posted 14 November 2013 Posted 14 November 2013 Where do you take a Northern person on a date? Somewhere that includes Gravy with every meal? Somewhere there's no wife beaters that drink Stella?
ScouseFox Posted 14 November 2013 Posted 14 November 2013 Somewhere you can get completely fúcked very cheaply.
Lamby Posted 14 November 2013 Posted 14 November 2013 Somewhere you can get completely fúcked very cheaply. Cheap isn't in London's vocab. Was either thinking Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park (depending when it's on) or a proper meal (she's on a student budget).
Guest Posted 14 November 2013 Posted 14 November 2013 Where do you take a Northern person on a date? Somewhere that includes Gravy with every meal? Somewhere there's no wife beaters that drink Stella? I'd go with somewhere you don't treat her like a cliché if you want a second date. And you can easily find somewhere relatively cheap in London if you look around a bit
Corky Posted 14 November 2013 Posted 14 November 2013 Where do you take a Northern person on a date? Somewhere that includes Gravy with every meal? Somewhere there's no wife beaters that drink Stella? I always think Emmerdale is nice at this time of year, usually a kidnapping, affair, pub siege, take her there.
Mike Oxlong Posted 14 November 2013 Posted 14 November 2013 Cheap isn't in London's vocab. Was either thinking Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park (depending when it's on) or a proper meal (she's on a student budget). Take her for some jellied eels Lamby. Introduce her to s bit of your culture and if she can swallow those she'll swallow anything.
The Doctor Posted 14 November 2013 Posted 14 November 2013 I always think Emmerdale is nice at this time of year, usually a kidnapping, affair, pub siege, take her there. Interesting story, one of the people who plays "guy in a pub" in Emmerdale is a music journalist who wrote the article that Daft Punk took their name from.
