Which is why it`s highly unlikely we will sign anyone on a permanent deal.

Anyone coming in will most likely be loans or short term contracts until the end of the season.

No, they were talking about needing a striker, and Stringer said there's a suggestion that we might consider tabling a bid for Jordan Rhodes and what sort of marker would that put out to other clubs. Like I say, I don't know if Stringer knows anything or is just speculating, but he inferred that this was a possible transfer target. I don't think it is anything other than Stringer hoping, but who knows what he has heard. Kept on about the Venky's desperately needing to sell as they have over spent.

As I've already said on this thread, Patrick Bamford is the guy. 16 goals for MK Dons already this season, loan runs out in January, on loan from Chelsea.
