Bert Posted 7 February 2014 Posted 7 February 2014 Still maintain that is an excellent strike, despite the ball sitting well for him, but I've only just noticed the great long ball from Almunia prior to the goal. Talk about all this lovely play from the back football. Also notice the shit touch from one of their players that made this goal possible.
Father Ted Posted 7 February 2014 Posted 7 February 2014 I'm gonna love it when Knocky smashes one in, in front of the family stand, sparking a pyro party in N Block, before knee sliding in front of the 400 travelling Watford fans.
Super_horns Posted 7 February 2014 Posted 7 February 2014 Forestieri and Fabbrini in particular Cannot really disagree about the latter but he has gone. Former seems to stopped doing it in all fairness.
Kitchandro Posted 7 February 2014 Posted 7 February 2014 Somehow my mate has tricked me into getting a ticket in the home end for a Watford fan (despite the many, many empty seats in the away end). I might have to give him a good battering if they score.
justfoxes Posted 7 February 2014 Posted 7 February 2014 We're in trouble now, Watford have sussed us out, Just read this on there forum "Leicester may be top, but I'd rather be relegated than play the sort of football they've been playing. It's a disgrace to the league and they should be fined for bringing the game into disrepute with their agricultural lumping and hoofing". Well that's what you get when you read posts from 10 year old kids mind you he's coming up with some big words so FairPlay lad !!Just a tad bit of jealousy I think ??!! So for that reason I'll go for an absolute drubbing and the boys get revenge for the playoff debacle and show them our hoofing agricultural lumping 5-0 win for the foxes Vardy Nugent Dyer Drinky and Phillips !!
Finnaldo Posted 7 February 2014 Posted 7 February 2014 Somehow my mate has tricked me into getting a ticket in the home end for a Watford fan (despite the many, many empty seats in the away end). I might have to give him a good battering if they score. Tell him to come down in Stone Island and Nike Air Max. Make sure he's bouncing like the lads.
lcfc81 Posted 7 February 2014 Posted 7 February 2014 One of the things I don't really get is the great pride at beating us in the semi-final with that goal and then losing the final. We had similar against forest with Anthony's injury time winner that got us into the playoff's. it is a great memory, but ultimately we lost. I certainly wouldn't want the club to play it before a match, or filbert re-enact the goal. I also won't be claiming it was better than promotion, as it means little now besides a nice memory. (Steve Walsh against derby or claridge's shin however ......) I think watford are a decent side, I think troy deeney is a very good player. I liked Zola a lot. There are also a number of watford fans that seem alright. For some reason there seems to be a faux rivalry built over 90 seconds of football that I just don't get. Oh well makes for a decent game tomorrow.
CosbehFox Posted 7 February 2014 Posted 7 February 2014 One of the things I don't really get is the great pride at beating us in the semi-final with that goal and then losing the final. . Spot on. Don't ask them their opinion on Palace and Kev Phillips they get a bit bitter.
_Fatboyslow_ Posted 7 February 2014 Posted 7 February 2014 Bit like when seenitall, ASS, Col and the rest wind you up Never worried about the cabbage patch kids anyway
Larry_LCFC Posted 7 February 2014 Posted 7 February 2014 Their fans are so arrogant and up themselves it is unreal. Seem to think they will destroy us. Mugs
_Fatboyslow_ Posted 7 February 2014 Posted 7 February 2014 Yeah I know - a joke that obviously didn't come across too well in text. I appreciate the Wikipedia link tho! If I didn't use to live in Daventry I may have found that useful! Now that is sad
Brooksy Posted 7 February 2014 Posted 7 February 2014 Only one more sleep guys. Find it incredible that we're so close to our first cup final in nearly 15 years.
Leicesterpool Posted 7 February 2014 Posted 7 February 2014 I'm going to have to miss tomorrow's game sadly, but will listen from time to time on Radio Leicester, have fun tomorrow guys
Deucalion Posted 7 February 2014 Posted 7 February 2014 I can't see anything other than a loss tomorrow. Things have been great but it has to end sometime, and with the way Watford fans have built this up, it will be tomorrow. Just so it hurts more.

Win lose or draw there should be no boo's every single player should have a standing ovation for there role in the winning record
Deucalion Posted 7 February 2014 Posted 7 February 2014 Win lose or draw there should be no boo's every single player should have a standing ovation for there role in the winning record But...football fans have short memories and little perspective at times. Some people will be used to winning every match and if we do lose, some people will boo.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 7 February 2014 Posted 7 February 2014 I think it is down to the effort and the performance so as long as we try our best and give it our all I am sure that the supporters will acknowledge the efforts regardless of the result (within reason) And let's be honest we are all expecting to be right royally stuffed by the magnificent golden army as Watdinese really are a super team
kingfox Posted 7 February 2014 Posted 7 February 2014 That's not like you Kingfox? I'm sure you will be cheering us on wherever you are buddy First league home game I could miss, in a while. But I've got an ear infection, and when the pain comes on, it fookin well hurts. I don't really want to be rolling on the floor, screaming for my parents.

kingfox Posted 8 February 2014 Posted 8 February 2014 Perhaps the sweet nothings of Rebecca Ferguson could sooth your lug hole? Can't put earphones in. But I ain't been feeling her recently, so the answer to your question is no.
