What will happen if we dont?

 

Surely it will take a significant failure of form from here...

Will Nigel survive?

Will we go broke?

Will we be forced to sell our squad?

Will the thais (bless their little cotton socks..) jump ship?

Will foxestalk collapse under the weight of "i told you so" posts from 2 or 3 special members?

Will Watford fans invade foxestalk and sing and laugh about how we didnt go up at the same time that they didnt?

If you'd have asked this question at the start of the season, I'd have said 'Not to worry, we'll build for next season with the squad we've got'

 

Now however, it would be extremely tough to take but the last thing I'd want would be for Pearson to go. He's the man that has got us into this position and he can do it again if he needs to.

 

I don't see why we'd have to sell the squad? We're doing our best to comply with FFP this season so that it doesn't screw us over next season.

 

The Thai's wont jump ship having been so close to promotion.

 

This forum however will be taken out of my favourites and only checked when pre season has started!

If we don't go up, we definitely shouldn't let Pearson go. He is the best manager we have had since O'Neill. The problem would be keeping hold of our key players like Schmeichel, Morgan, Knockaert, Drinkwater and the rest.

If we don't go up this season I think he would go and maybe he should. Like Pancake face said to have 2 serious blips would be unforgivable and would make me question whether NP has got what it takes to get a team out of this division.

It would be quite similar to Cardiff under Dave Jones he was so close on a couple of occasions but didn't have what it took to get them up. Malkay McKay came in and got them up at the second attempt.
