Fox92 Posted 3 May 2014 Share Posted 3 May 2014 I went on the pitch after the players had gone back in. Wanted a few photos! I did not agree with the initial two pitch invasions though. I thought a lot of people were going to spoil it for us, spoil the presentation, then the second time the players were forced to go off. I felt for them and their families. Monsell1976 Posted 3 May 2014 Share Posted 3 May 2014 oh dear!" read the replies...think thats your answer!!! Yes oh dear, modern football fans, be told how to celebrate, and not just do what they want, be told how to follow your club, and please don't do anything spontaneous. Simmsy Posted 3 May 2014 Share Posted 3 May 2014 Anyone that went on the first time or before the players and their families had left is a dick. Simple as that.
tomtom Posted 3 May 2014 Share Posted 3 May 2014 Second time round, yeah.... and it was brilliant!
Mark_w Posted 3 May 2014 Share Posted 3 May 2014 Didn't. Nice of Hammand/Pearson (and possibly others I didn't see) to come round to and applaud the fans who they hadn't got to before the pitch invasion.
lestajigs Posted 3 May 2014 Share Posted 3 May 2014 I did laugh when everyone was chanting wankers at the first lot Yea and I laughed when they returned "where were you when we were shit" lol

Jakemoore Posted 3 May 2014 Share Posted 3 May 2014 No I didn't. I would've done if it was spontaneous but it all felt so false and forced! Not sure what happened to the steward, he looked knocked out but there was no blood so I'd be surprised if he had been punched. Was an elderly bloke too so felt doubly bad for him
Xen Posted 3 May 2014 Share Posted 3 May 2014 Yes, but only after the lap of honour was completed abandoned. I know everyone wanted to celebrate, but the couldnt just wait for 5 minutes, could they?
Larry_LCFC Posted 3 May 2014 Share Posted 3 May 2014 No, and anyone that did go on during that pathetic first invasion is a cvnt. Didn't see a problem with the second one when all official celebrations had finished taking place and it wasn't going to disrupt anything.

Unabomber Posted 3 May 2014 Share Posted 3 May 2014 I just want to confirm I was on during the bit when it was ok and not the bit when if you were on you were a cvnt.
Daz93 Posted 3 May 2014 Share Posted 3 May 2014 Charging at women and children during a lap of honour. Well done, idiots. Don't see why it was so hard to wait for all of the presentation to be finished and then go on the pitch. Completely ruined it.

Illusion35 Posted 3 May 2014 Share Posted 3 May 2014 I thought it was a bit stupid to run on before the presentation, why not wait until after? I did take my 11 year old son on second time round, after the lap of honour as he wanted me to take his photo on the pitch. The stewards said it was ok. diggler Posted 3 May 2014 Share Posted 3 May 2014 Bet the club wish they had 'allowed' fans on vs Brighton or QPR now, rather than having a heavy presence of response unit police lining the pitch

DennisNedry Posted 3 May 2014 Share Posted 3 May 2014 The people who ran on first time and again during the lap of honour are utter twats. Kasper looked fooking terrified for his little kid with 100s of drunken ****** running at him.

Narborough_fox Posted 3 May 2014 Share Posted 3 May 2014 Yeah, but only after the pitch had pretty much filled up. Felt sorry for the players in honesty, they had their kids and wives with them and they had some idiots who couldn't wait another 5 minutes to get on the pitch. PerfumePonce Posted 3 May 2014 Share Posted 3 May 2014 Think it would've been good if the stewards made a circle around the podium and the fans could come right up close. Probably would've just got too out of hand though.
