MC Prussian Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 Tonight's going to be just another Tim Sherwood love-in on the BBC. Close-ups, wides, shots from behind, details - you name it.
bovril Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 I reckon some do because it would mean Pearson should be sacked. Despite their claims that the "pearsonites" care more about the manager than the club, it's true of them and them only. Win this afternoon, likelihood is that we go into spurs away, a match we've already won, knowing a win puts us within a point of safety. So if we win and then we win again we'll be one point off safety. Playing the scintillating football we are, what the bloody hell are all those negative nincompoops talking about?!
MooseBreath Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 The MOTD studio will be literally swimming in love juice for Sherwood tonight

HankMarvin Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 no, no doubt villa will pull away i will then remind you of this post, yeah your right after all every player that plays contract is up in 6 months and they are not tied in 2,3,4 year contracts. The fact is some players wanna play for certain managers - they get the most out of players, its all good when your on a winning run - but the true test of a good manager is how he makes the players bounce back from defeat. Did you not see the article on the west brom players saying that pullis put an arm round the shoulder and made them feel wanted, no one can argue the fact that over the last 2 seasons for what ever reason changing managers for an experienced manager at this level has resulted in an upturn of results You've got to be kidding me about Sherwood right? In most cases the better form is more to do with a set of players who forgot working hard because they want to deflect blame on the manager during poor form. A new bloke comes in and they begin to up their game thinking 'ooo I got a contract renewal coming up and I'm not sure this guy rates me'. It's still predominantly the players. The manager doesn't miss tons of chances, the manager doesn't concede own goals. Sunderland0 Aston Villa4Benteke 16′, 44′Agbonlahor 18′, 37′
Monsell1976 Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 Just wish we could make a go of it like burnley. Fair play to them, hardly spent, but motivated, organised, and fighting to stay up.
MooseBreath Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 Lovely technique. Imagine matty James having a bang on that
Phube Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 I could swear Man City are doing their best to relegate us!
lifted*fox Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 Lovely technique. Imagine matty James having a bang on that innit. it'd have bounced off the nose of the nearest ****ing plane.
Clever Fox Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 Lovely technique. Imagine matty James having a bang on that Imagine any of ours having a bang at that. I would be in row Z
Raj Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 Just wish we could make a go of it like burnley. Fair play to them, hardly spent, but motivated, organised, and fighting to stay up. Yep good luck to them.Plenty of our fans were laughing at them at the beginning of the season. What did Pearson say about them...we are better than them at every level???....not according to the table you arrogant cock!!!!!
foxes_rule1978 Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 Burnley showing the resilience we clearly lack, they have done fantastic this season... well done. They are far better team than we are
adam Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 I still think we have far better players than Burnley. There a far better team though than us.
Guest kristianity77 Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 Fair play Burnley. I enjoyed watching that. They have literally everything that we don't.
Donut Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 WE ARE A BETTER CLUB THAN BURNLEY ON EVERY LEVEL. From that pathetic quote, he was finished as a respectable manager
The Guvnor Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 Burnley just shown how it's done and well done to them and a nice little earner for me 1-0 bet at 10-1
Soar Fox Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 People don't want us to be relegated, of course not but it's the way they deal with it, what's the point in turning up if you know we're down and going to lose? Because we still love and support the club and for me that will never ever go away from me know matter how bad and whatever league we are in. I know I'm never going to win the lottery but I still buy a ticket every week.
Mark 'expert' Lawrenson Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 Burnley winning really opens up the relegation scrap again, Everton being dragged into it now.
chapero82 Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 Burnley winning really opens up the relegation scrap again, Everton being dragged into it now. We are well out of it now though
Buzzell Posted 14 March 2015 Posted 14 March 2015 Fair play Burnley. Brilliant result. We are now well and truly ****ed.
