Jimothy Posted 9 May 2015 Posted 9 May 2015 Fed up of sherwood-mania tbh, the way pundits talk it's like villa are a conference team about to win the prem thanks to him. Was fed up with it months ago. He's basically got one of the easiest jobs in football. Take a team with a top class striker and some half decent creative players and get them to play positive football. Lambert made a meal of the job, there was no need to be so negative. St James' sounded a bit flat when Newcastle scored. Must have been shock.

Good let em carry on while we do our business. Why do you worry what is going on at Villa. Do you expect them to lord up Nige when he tells them to fvck off lol Rather our backs to the wall mentality It is working lets not change it.

I'm not bothered by what goes on at villa, I'm fed up of the world and his dog sucking off sherwood for just deciding to play football
ScouseFox Posted 9 May 2015 Posted 9 May 2015 were Burnley not 99% down even before they scored? scenes from players and fans considering they were gone anyway . love them for this reckon they're basically my second team now. The team that helped us up
trabuch Posted 9 May 2015 Posted 9 May 2015 Spurs getting 6 points off us will remain one of the great mysteries of this season.
Jimothy Posted 9 May 2015 Posted 9 May 2015 What the **** is going on with Charlie Adam at the minute? He's turned into some kind of super human goal scoring machine!
The Doctor Posted 9 May 2015 Posted 9 May 2015 Neville desparate to defend man United - that Scott dann one a penalty but puncheon not? And only maybe a foul on Delaney for fellanis...
The Blur Posted 9 May 2015 Posted 9 May 2015 Watching MOTD- how the hell Sunderland beat Everton???? Thought Everton played well and gave their all judging chances they made.
MC Prussian Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 Watching MOTD- how the hell Sunderland beat Everton???? Thought Everton played well and gave their all judging chances they made. They were particularly wasteful in front of goal and to me (when I watched the match live on a stream yesterday), it felt as if they didn't really care that much about winning. Something was lacking in their game - I can't really put my finger on it, but as mentioned previously, it's as if they were content to stroll along in a way, being caught in no man's land in the table (no incentive to move up a few positions and in no relegation threat).
Finnegan Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 Just watched Sunderland on motd, the spawniest win I've ever seen.
Corky Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 How was Bruce moaning about Dawson going off for the corner when they had about five chances to clear the ball before Ings scored? Appalling defending and says a lot about the rest of his defence. The rule's been around for a long time and shit happens, Brucie.
CosbehFox Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 Was thinking the same. About five times it could have been cleared and Hull couldn't.

I actually think Hull are better than their position suggests and they've missed a lot of chances in a lot of their games this season. Hit the bar twice yesterday. The football Gods seem to have put their weight behind Sunderland.
weller54 Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 Think spurs will beat Dull next Saturday.. Then even IF we lost to Sunderland it's pretty much over and we'd only need a draw to ensure we're safe against QPR... Think after yesterday's results Dull are doomed!!....
Leicesterpool Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 Who do u reckon will be Man City's manager target?
RowlattsFox Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 The way this season is going I wouldn't be surprised if hull win at Spurs, I just hope we do the business to avoid any last day nerves.
Leicesterpool Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 The way this season is going I wouldn't buy it behind hull winning at Spurs, I just hope we do the business to avoid any last day nerves. I've got that down for a exciting 2-2 draw with a late equalizer for Hull.
Guest Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 Spurs getting 6 points off us will remain one of the great mysteries of this season. This! I think, along with all the results in the last few weeks by teams at the bottom of the prem, that this goes to show there really is little difference in the level of team outside the top 3 in the prem. Teams just have to believe and attack. Southampton, Manu, Liverpool, spurs are not that much better than we are.

I think Spurs should win too. But Liverpool, Southampton, and Everton the past couple of weeks should have proved we can't expect any favours. As always in football the focus should remain on getting our results right and we won't have to worry about other teams.
