Lineker's Left Foot Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 I believe that there will be 2 to 3 more signings who will be gems we've never heard of and haven't been listed in this section so far
Brainy Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 *Newspaper says we're linked with top player* - ahh what do they know anyway *Same newspaper links said top player to bigger club* - close thread
foxes_rule1978 Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 Who gives a 33 year old a 3 year contract? Well offering him such a deal ensured he wouldn't come to us, Pearson certainly wouldn't offer the same, especially at 60.000
sulfoxide Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 Northwest news says Barry's about to sign for Everton
Happy Fox Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 Journo covering Everton begs to differ.. Greg O'Keeffeâ€@GregOK Rumours today that #Everton are close to signing Gareth Barry on a 3 year permanent deal are wide of the mark. #EFC
lgfualol Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 Dont stop believing We will get him lads, we will get him.
Jace Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 I hear its going to be a double signing for us with Nicky Maynard
Callabinho Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 There's no way Everton would offer him a 3 year deal, Martinez is a forward thinking manager, it would be great for us but a side pushing for Europe?

Three year deal at 60 thousand wouldn't be great for us at all, a one year deal however would be somewhat ideal...
smudger63 Posted 5 June 2014 Posted 5 June 2014 Would have been a good signing, but probably not a realistic one at the moment for us.
_Fatboyslow_ Posted 5 June 2014 Posted 5 June 2014 Yep.... oh. Same old Babs, always trying to have the last word
MozeyCo Posted 30 June 2014 Posted 30 June 2014 https://soundcloud.com/skysportsradio/transfer-talk-2906 In the new installment of sky sports transfer-talk radio, Everton are to sign G.Barry, and Crystal Palace bid for Campbell. Adding to our disappointment Graziano Pelle is apparently about to sign for Southampton, but what did we expect? What are your thoughts, and if we lose these players, who do we go for?
Onions Posted 30 June 2014 Posted 30 June 2014 People do believe anything nowadays, Barry was a star last year, why the hell would he come to Leicester?
PAPA LAZAROU Posted 30 June 2014 Posted 30 June 2014 We are not losing them , we have never had them. All those players mentioned were just paper talk. No one at the club has said that we are trying to sign them in the first place. As for who we will sign who knows ? Although we are now in the Prem we are still not a very attractive proposition for top players , that will come in time if we stay up. So my guess is don't expect big name signings but more of the same in terms of unknowns who turn out to be good enough or up and coming players who will take a chance on us.

Thracian Posted 30 June 2014 Posted 30 June 2014 Oh come on....so much negativity. There are people on here who make an art form of talking the club down - and they're exactly the kind who mock the idea of dreams and would have us languish in the backwaters for ever. Already these last few years we've come so far and there's no reason to stop now. Our challenge is to make ourselves attractive - to sell our vision of ourselves to the world and to anyone willing and talented enough to join us for the ride. Draw boundaries and they'll become the limit of your ambitions. Open your arms and there's no telling who might share your welcome.
