teblin Posted 14 July 2014 Posted 14 July 2014 Back up at right back and centre back. What's the issue?
RizLCFC Posted 15 July 2014 Posted 15 July 2014 For a split second, I thought that said Gary Medel. Haha same thing happened to me, from a feeling of sheer excitement to totally underwhelming in a second.
Grantham Fox Posted 15 July 2014 Posted 15 July 2014 For a split second, I thought that said Gary Medel. This! Would like Medel here. Wasn't there a thread when he joined Cardiff, something about him looking like Pearson?!?!
Ric Flair Posted 15 July 2014 Posted 15 July 2014 Back up at right back and centre back. What's the issue? Because back-up isn't what we need. Upson and Wasyl should be back-up. We need a quality centre half to push Liam Moore for a starting spot.

Foxes1 Posted 15 July 2014 Posted 15 July 2014 At least he is a free transfer which is all we deal in now.
Babylon Posted 15 July 2014 Posted 15 July 2014 From a quick glance on twitter West Ham fans seem to be rating him as one of their best players last year. Playing in 33 games in a team that stayed up... Come on here and guess what, moan moan moan.
ROB-THE-BLUE Posted 15 July 2014 Posted 15 July 2014 But isn't he a right back? Decent backup for RDL - Especially if NP is gonna keep Liam Moore stay in the middle where he plays best
RowlattsFox Posted 15 July 2014 Posted 15 July 2014 Experienced and also seemed a solid performer whenever I seen him last year. Solid back up for De Laet.
Legend_in_blue Posted 15 July 2014 Posted 15 July 2014 I'm sure he won't break the £3 per week (add zeroes if applicable) wage structure. We don't need a backup RB, we need a first choice LB and first choice CB.

We don't need a backup RB, we need a first choice LB and first choice CB. We don't "need" one. But we could do with decent back up everywhere in the squad. He also would add a physical presence we need in the squad.

Callabinho Posted 15 July 2014 Posted 15 July 2014 Demel is bloody decent, I'd certainly be a lot more comfortable with him at the back with Wes.
