He had the ball in numerous promising positions you mean. Don't confuse that with him actually making anything from them.

Barely anything he delivered in the final third made its way to heads or feet. I know he's not a winger but you have to find your fvcking man. I have defended him before this but I would seriously be thinking of giving his place in the 18 to Powell.

He was poor but he was playing right wing. Not sure why he needs to be the scapegoat. The set up was wrong from the start and he was more involved than the wingers on before him anyway

But that's the only thing his performance hinges on, surely? He was in some good positions but that was because he was found by some sublime passes. Nugent himself failed at the things he had to do. How many times is he going to making nothing out of something?!

 

I hate watching him, he just pisses me off. He specialises at kicking it against opposition players.

he frequently got behind, i think he did well, just one cut back too many and the defendr was ready for it. i think knockheart did worse, actually running away from the 18 yard box rather than passing

I think he was pretty positive. But for a bloke that stated before the season "I'm going to prove everyone wrong", he's not really followed up on that.

I'd like us to go 4-4-2 with him and Vardy up top for Swansea.

He's not the scapegoat, but he's been performing poorly for too long and he looks a weak link in our attacking.

Not a great performance today, but to be fair he's not a wide a player so he was played in that system I have no idea. Need to get him back in the centre. Is it me or does he look absolutely devoid of confidence?
