Guest seanfox778 Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 I think we will get hammered a lot now during the rest of this campaign, the players will be gutted.
Fox92 Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Yessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss about flaming time Hopefully now all the Pearsonites will leave the club also as they clearly loved the man rather than the club. If they claim to be real fans then they should back whoever comes in like they backed nasty Nigel. However, we all know they want and will now slag the club off as they never really supported LCFC they just had a crush on big Nige. Bye bye Nigel !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh **** off man we support the club but also support the manager and the players because that's what fans do.
Bramhall Fox Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Gutted. Rubbish decision. Must have been due to yesterday's bizarre behaviour. Fear we'll rue this for a long time.
lgfualol Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Do people think getting rid will suddenly make our players good enough?
fleckneymike Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Sky are reporting that it wasn't so much the form (though that is important) but the behaviour of the man which cost him his job. Whether this is lazy journalism/racism from Sky I don't know but he kept on referring to the value they place on honour and how they weren't happy with the "**** off and die" earlier in the season and now the arm wrestling yesterday on the touch line.
weller54 Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 He has clearly lost his mind. You can't be a belligerent twat throttling and headbutting people. To be honest he should've been thrown out at Christmas. He's a massive helmet who is probably really unpopular with players. It's shame how it's turned out this season. Well put.. The guy needs therapy...
stb1996 Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Strange timing for the sacking with the run of games we have coming up, but the last 10 or so games are "favourable" fixtures against relegation-rivals. This season we've look shit against pretty much every team around us. Think it's the right decision, yet can only assume that it's been brought forward after the incident with McArthur. Personally reckon the new bloke, whoever it may be, will have as good as or even better chance of keeping us up. Cheers for everything Nige, wish you the best in the future We are staying up
David Hankey Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 thanks for arresting the 10 years of decline. thanks for getting us out of l1 at the 1st attempt. thanks for 2 play-offs thanks for romping the league last season. here's your p45. long live sven. Like most of our players Pearson is NOT a Premiership manager.
Lichfieldfox. Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Way too late, the owners haven't got a clue, the twat should have gone before xmas Grow up and respect what he has done for this club. Abusing one of our best managers for a decade is pathetic and totally uncalled for.
Gary Eatfood Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Any confirmation yet? Just this so far. It's been a shit weekend to be a Leicester fan. http://www.itv.com/news/central/update/2015-02-08/leicester-city-sack-nigel-pearson-reports/
roblcfc84 Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Sorry guys but yesterday was the final straw. You simply can't behave like that on the world stage. So far NP has done little to prove he is good enough for the PL. Will go down as a great manager for lcfc but is defo time to move on. At least Albrighton might get a game.
Charl91 Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 As much as his decisions pissed me of sometimes, I'm gutted about this. We owe this man a lot. I didn't want him gone. Don't understand who could possibly come in and do a better job.
ADK Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 If it's actually true then I'll wait to see how the season ends or at least see who we have brought in. I think it's a huge gamble though. With Pearson I felt safe that we would be no worse than midfield Championship at an absolute minimum with every chance of much better.
Fox in the North Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Daft timing if it's true. Any new manager now has nothing to deal with in terms of the transfer market. Pearson had built up good solid foundations and up until this season we have progressed and developed every season under him. Yes we're rock bottom but we're certainly not out of it. I just hope top has someone good lined up now.
Bagworthblue Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 I foresee a return to the dark days I'm afraid. If we do go down there is nobody I would have more faith in than Pearson. Well I hope none of you who are happy like the players we have as most of them will either be cleared out in the summer or will want to leave whoever the manager. Who is it you think we are going to get? Will you still be happy if Warnock or Deadcrap take the reins?

What was it next... A flying scissor kick into the crowd.. Or has that already been done? Guest seanfox778 Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Redknapp will make a miraculous recovery... I feel sick. What on earth were the owners thinking?
ousefox Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Utterly pointless. Best manager I've ever got to see at Leicester and he's brought us from our lowest ebb back to the Prem. **** all options out there and if we go for a foreign manager with no experience of the Championship I'll be so pissed off. Thanks Nige. I was delighted when you came back and you've worked wonders with us.
Freeman's Wharfer Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Not been so gutted since... the last time we forced him out. The guy gave us pride and enjoyment in supporting our football club (twice) after years of garbage. His next club gets one hell of a manager.
The Blur Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 ****ing hell. I think the owners are hoping the fact we have tough few games next mean there will be no expectations for new gaffer and allow him to bed in before inspiring us to shit load points for last six games Pardew/Pulis style.
Monsell1976 Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Well the Pearson out morons have won let's see where we are in a yearThe new manager cannot be held responsible for this seasons relegation, that is looking more than likely, but can be judged on next season.Pearson has left us bottom, with poor result after poor result, and free falling back to the championship. Whoever comes in, I wish them the best of luck. Just think if they were going to sack him, he should have gone before the window, odd that they have sacked him this late, it's not like we have just hit a bad run
jonthefox Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Bollox. I hate football. Thanks for the memories nige.
Lionator Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Quite simply a legend and anyone who disagrees needs to get their head out of their arse.
Filbert_Ross Posted 8 February 2015 Posted 8 February 2015 Thanks for everything Nige. Let's get behind the next man then.
